Ok I made them and they are really good. Taste like whipped sweet egg. Mine are not as fluffy and they flatten when I take them off the pan. The batter was runnier and not as stiff as yours. What did I do wrong? I beat the egg whites forever till they were stiff.
The souffle pancake has been sitting down since it originally came out of the fan. But if it is much lower than what I made, you would mix too much with the meringue And if the temperature of the fan is too high, it does not feel a sense of volume. :)

Use an electric mixer on medium to fast speed. Make sure you're using egg WHITES Separate the sugar into two parts and slowly introduce it until well dissolved. You need the electric mixer to mix it well and introduce air. No manual mixing. Watch 2:19 carefully again.

다른건 다 잘되는데 거꾸로들어도 천장에 붙어있는 머랭이 반죽이랑 섞으면 엄청 묽어져서 펜에 올릴때 옆으로 쭉 퍼집니다... 어떻게하면 저렇게 높게 쌓을수 있나요???

Use an electric mixer on medium to fast speed.
Make sure you're using egg WHITES
Separate the sugar into two parts and slowly introduce it until well dissolved.
You need the electric mixer to mix it well and introduce air. No manual mixing.
Watch 2:19 carefully again.
