Keep in mind that the phones from Volla are not meant for the average users. If you want a power house, just go with any other brand. Personally, I went with Volla because I like the user experience (including the fact it's privacy oriented)
das wahrscheinlich schlechteste handy des jahres, habs mir mal angesehen. für knapp 700€ ist das eine Frechheit, prozessor ist ein dimensity 7050, der kommt in geräten für 300€ vor, die kamera ist extrem schlecht, hat man aber im video schon gesehen. das ist wirklich die Definition kickstarter: wir hoffen was wird, aber gut ists nicht. und dann wirbt man mit achso großer sicherheit und einem speziellen cloud system, was den preis absolut nicht rechtfertigt. will echt wissen, was die genommen haben um zu sagen: jo das kann man so für den preis verkaufen
@ TBH I have to say that the Quintus is the most convincing privacy phone I've tried lately: Volla OS is finally mature and bugless, Firefox and many other tools preinstalled natively, the Display is excellent and seems to be in the 100hz area, F-Droid + Aurora store and everything seems to install. ALL the cameras are supported (! ). Maybe it's a bit pricey but I think it's the processing and registration costs on relatively low-run batches. A video review is in the works.
@@jolladevices any other android in that price range. its not about the camera support but the auality, and this quality of the cameras is bad, the chip has nothing to do in this price range. and with other phones that are in this pricerange, that also offer more than enouch privacy settings for anyone, the volla phone will just go down under them. especially with the android 15 based OS and snapdragon 8 elite and dimensity 9400. volla just grabbed too high here

On the plus side: multi booting into a Linux phone. Very niche, but as an IT guy, I like it.
Interesting I am going to look into this phone further. I want to get off the Android/IOS duopoly with the associated privacy concerns.
It's a solid alternative (based on AOSP, with dedicated launcher), Sailfish OS is another but more different than Android.
Whether the battery removable 😮?
No, this model unlike the previous ones doesn't have a back panel you can open and thus you cannot remove the battery
