Hi Adji. The through hole in the flange is 10,5mm and fits fasteners in size M8 and M10 if the metric system is used. The size is depending on the amount of holes in the flange and if a custom hole pattern is used, this must be considered when selecting screws. The material in the fasteners is advised to be the same or similar as the frame. On page 11 in the “Roxtec selection guide - frames and gaskets” (find via link below) shows different screw types and when we recommend them to be used. If there is a through hole in the structure, a sealing washer or other gasket is also recommended. Can this frame be mounted on a Basement wall? where the outside (top of frame) will be 8ft below grade (dirt).
