Thank you so much for watching and being a supporter of independent movies! I hope you enjoyed it and if you did, it'd be really cool if you'd send it to some friends who might also enjoy it. No pressure... but you'd be doing me a real solid. See you soon with another movie!

Reece, I feel like you've absolutely tapped into something special with 'Pillow' and now 'Honey Bear'. Your ability to tell sincere and touching stories that don't rely on cheap strategies to engage your audience is something to aspire to. Thank you so much for sharing this movie. Knowing it was shot on vacation makes it so much more impressive. Keep up the incredible work.
Thanks, dude! Can’t take too much credit though. My dog does most of the heavy lifting.
Excellent work!!
WOW could not stop watching. Loved this sooooo much! Awesome job!!!!
Yay thank you! So glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching!
It's awesome, Reese! Love a good relationship conflict film. I really liked the direction, colour grade & music. And location was stunning! It came together really well, great job. 🙌
Thanks so much, Holly! I want to shoot all of my movies in beautiful places from now on.
@@DashingAgent haha, great idea.
This was... cute 💜. Also, one of my favorite parts was they way the lighting was in the scene were you are sleeping on the dock.
Thanks! Mikey did the color and it looks amazing!
That was fantastic. I was going to war h half and finish later but couldn't stop.
Wonderfully shot and acted.... and, of course, the little bear!
Bravo!
Aww thank you! So glad it kept your attention haha
almost looks like this was filmed in upstate ny with the scenery. brilliant film!!
Finger lakes! Thank you so much :)
Great work! Loved this one. Spot on music picks too.
Aww thank you! Definitely check out more of their music if you liked what you heard here. So many talented artists in Pittsburgh.
Sick music choices! And love the dock shot and the living room with the sun glare. Could be an album cover or something. Beautiful stuff!
Thank you, Sam! Really appreciate you checking it out.
Wonderful work Reese and Mikey and of course the always adorable Atticus! This is definitely what I needed after my hiatus from RUclips. It's just like a dog to bring people together. ❤
Thank you so much, Jenny! I’m on a bit of a hiatus myself but I’m excited to hear you’re back!!
I’m a little late but this is beautiful work, well done!
Better late than never! Thank you for watching!
Yo this was sick dude! I have two thoughts on this and it might be stretching but I feel like this could be a fun prequal to your film Cobblestone as the mysterious ghost dog is what brought Reece to look further into the paranormal activities in his world.
Also this might be a bit more dark but I saw the dog as a metaphor for loosing a child, as there is tension in the relationship and it was only when a dependent being (the cutest dig in the world) came into play that brought them together again giving them the closure they needed to move past the trauma of loosing a child in there past. Also why she is writing a "Memoir" at 25 cause something happened to her as a women that she has to talk about now the only way she knows how, and she couldn't finish it until she got closure from taking care of the dog as she missed out taking care of a child.
anyways this was great !
Sick!
Hey I really like these interpretations! We left a lot of it ambiguous for a reason so it’s really cool to see you come up with your own ideas on what’s going on. Thank you for watching and taking the time to share this!

Brilliant.
Thanks homie :) means a lot coming from you.
Very interesting film. Reminded me of shades of Haver's "Forget About Everything for Awhile." Lots of iconography was similar and it was a great vibe throughout. I felt the imagery and concept was very strong on this one. The ending left me asking questions. What was he looking at on his phone? What was the meaning of the dog? Good questions that allow for rewatches. Funny to see a film named Honey Bear as my dog was named Honey Bear so it gave me a good laugh. Keep producing low budget indies like this. You'll build a strong following that way.
Thanks so much for this comment, Dan! That’s probably my favorite of Joel’s movies, so I can see how the influence crept in for sure. Love that name for a dog. So dang cute. Appreciate you watching!!
