    That Salad in particular must be eaten with bread to get the real taste. That is how we eat it

    Complainers. Sorry to say , typical Americans. In the summer , Tunisians love to be outdoors, moreso on the weekends,frequenting restaurants, cafes, ice cream stores, etc. Also this time of the year, in the summer school holidays, hundreds of Tunisian diaspora from across Europe, come over by ferry with their cars. It's very, very busy in the summer.

    I bet that slata mechouia wasn't that good, you should have tried a home made one because the ones you found at cafés aren't that good.

      It definitely wasn't the best mechouia we had in Tunisia, but it was the most expensive for sure
