You've gotta try the Gwent story game, Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales, it's a little rage inducing but it's pretty cool if you like cards- it's a bit mechanically different from Witcher 3 Gwent though
If you choose Ravix Fourhorn, you will meet that bastard from books , when at the beginning of the books you were with Nenneke, who got hit in the face with his own sword!
I am once again here for the pro tip: Go do the Runewright sidequest in Hearts of Stone, and get Severance to your swords. It makes combat that much more enjoyable at times.
Hey Rob, just a tip...change the autosave interval to 3 minutes in the settings...that way you won't be put far back. Currently, it might be 10 explaining the game putting you way back.
Get the superior golden oriole. It heals you when you're poisoned so you gain health instead of losing it. It makes dealing with the poisonous plant things and other poisonous enemies a lot easier!

That's definitely how I felt after I finished the game. The whole Witcher game series was the first I felt truly passionate about, and kind of pushed me towards playing games in general. Then when I played other games I was struck by the difference in quality, especially side quests and character writing. And it definitely made me more picky 😅
Actually Rob it doesn't matter how you approach them rock trolls, you can't talk to them like other rock trolls since they're rabid rock trolls and not normal rock trolls.
You should use the units with a skull or scorch. They eliminate all the strongest foes. So if your opponent have 3x10 for instance, you kill all those 3. Or 1x10 or 5x10. If you understand. It kills any and all strongest foes.
If you have told guliame about the course you would have option to save her completely and they would been together, the course of Vivienne would split between them and they would end up perfectly fine and please make yourself grandmaster armor, manticore one is sick but cat probably still best. The manticore grandmaster armor is the basic armour from Witcher one. Love this series think about playing atleast Witcher 2 with Leto, its worth the time. And the spin attack is the most broken trait in game just need to have good armor good weapon and spell maxed also the green mutagens for 100 health and the blue ones are useless better is all read mutagens and green mutation that heals you for a lot hp when you drink any potion so its insta heal even when you use potions for damage otherwise love your gameplay just some thing that can help you not to struggle on normal enemies bosses should still be a challenge in dlc last thing is the runestones for raw damage its must have its like 50% damage with armor glyphs and runes in swords and when you get the option is story to go to the elder vampire choose the other option you will understand this later but its the best quest in game and you would loose access to whole location and most breathtaking quest and sell all misc items that are not used in recipies ans all saddles you will need a huge amount of money and space in inventory

Also I think the ending being good or bad in this quest all depends on the players view. Some people say that the ending with Guillaume and Vivienne together is the good ending however some others might say that it’s the better ending if they’re not together. It mainly depends on your view of Guillaume, yes he had a good heart and wants to help her but at the same time he’s sticking his nose in Vivienne’s business while she may not want him to be part of it. So again it’s all a matter of different perspectives, which is another thing what makes this such a great sidequest!

Skellige absolutely becomes the best deck, esp. If you abuse the hero abilities (to summon shield maidens from draw pile) and berserkers
