Tovah Feldshuh Channels Infamous Leona Helmsley in New Cabaret Show

Tovah Feldshuh, star of stage and screen, is channeling the "Queen of Mean" in her new cabaret show, Tovah Is Leona! Running July 5-7 at Feinstein's/54 Below, the pre-Broadway concert finds Feldshuh playing tyrannical businesswoman Leona Helmsley, singing about everything from her prison sentence for tax evasion to real estate rival Donald Trump. We recently got a preview.

Hmm. A little too nice and smiley, not mean enough. The lyrics are clever but strain to be justifiable subject matter.
