Super Mario Galaxy 2 - Third/Final Bowser Jr. Boss Battle (Boomsday Machine)

- The final battle with Bowser Jr. Although, you never really get to battle him -- just his gigantic machines. This wasn't too difficult of a battle. It took awhile for the last hit since I didn't know there was a higher area you can land on the clouds. Remember, that this is the first time I'm battling these bosses, so it takes time to know exactly what to do.

I really like this take on Bowser Jr.'s Boomsday Machine, 'cause it clearly seems that it was your first time fighting him. Shows just how underrated this Boss Battle is, and good job defeating him at last.
Really enjoyed this battle.
I never even thought to climb the machine once it started rolling. That's actually quite creative.

The second one was difficult because of the bullets coming after you.
I’ve always had a question about this boss. How the heck does the whole machine explode after just breaking the glass? Like... it’s just... glass. It’s not linked to the engine or machinery at all. It’s just a windshield. Either the machine was made in China, or the windshield is something more than just a windshield...
Don't question game logic :p Maybe it's just how Bowser Jr builds things.
But if you look carefully, the windows and cannon look like an octopus face, so perhaps the machine is "alive" and Bowser Jr is its brain. So without the window protecting him, the whole thing dies. It probably blows up to stop other people from stealing it.

i just thought of this on the spot. you know how the glass gets electrified when he does the suck phase? maybe it (or the metal framing) is some sort of conductor and when it gets destroyed the whole thing shorts out and explodes, because of a faulty design
This would have been a perfect boss for the engine room in the first game instead of king kaliente because there were similar sub bosses like this in toy time galaxy and gold leaf galaxy
Jr. literally died in this game. He flew into space, never to be seen again until New Super Mario Bros. U.

My goodness! You didn't know that there was a higher area to land on - I didn't know that you could use the fans to rise you up!! I figured it out by watching yours! Really? This was your first time? DANG, you're pretty doggone good for not having done it before. I'm impressed!! Woo and hoo!!! I am enjoying watching these battles immensely - I hope I'm not a pest with all my comments!

If there were cannonballs and bombs, this would be literally a Boomsday machine.
Baby Bowser is one of my favorite characters. I think it's funny how he puts up more of a fight than his father with his machines lol I can't wait for him to grow into his powers.lol
