Wallace and Gromit is Christmas Day in UK and Ireland on BBC, January 3rd internationally on Netflix. I think that was the same with the last Shaun the Sheep special in 2021.

As someone else has already suggested, I would do Blackadder Back and Forth as it’s a New Year’s Eve special. If you’re going to do the Worzel Gummidge Christmas special, I’d try and watch a couple of more episodes first so as to meet a few more of the reoccurring characters. It will make more sense that way.

James May's Man Lab, Catchphrase and Top of the Pops all sound good to me. I would like to see a Top of the Pops 2 with some classic British Christmas songs that are niche in the US but I'm open to Christmas specials from certain years as well. I'm terms of suggestions, I would like to see: The Fast Show Christmas special, Brainiac: Science Abuse Christmas special (I think it's called Brainiac Christmas Cracker), Mock the Week and another Christmas special of The Crystal Maze (classic or reboot). I would also suggest Russell Howard's Good News Christmas special from 2009 but it was produced by Avalon which you had issues with regarding your Taskmaster videos so I would leave that up to you.
I'd like to see more morecambe and wise Christmas shows if your still doing them. One interesting thing would be something that wasn't actually made for tv. During the Christmas period several tv studios would spend the year making Christmas tapes for the staff to watch at the parties and the BBC was no exception, these where called the BBCVT Christmas tapes which was mainly outtakes that where never ment to be seen by the public but as the years went on these tape became proper production's (with male humour definitely not suitable for tv broadcast) these tapes eventually did find there way to video shops and you can find some on youtube, one youtuber is FrankChickens who uploads one new one from his collection every year.

Here's a couple of recommendations, one is Patrick Stewart's Christmas Carol also starring Richard E Grant, my mum's favourite adaptation and probably my second favourite as I slightly prefer the Muppets version, and two is the Shooting Stars Christmas Special from 1995, that is absolutely hilarious so I'd definitely give that a try!🎄🎄🎄🎄
Would be great to see more doctor who, also theres a brilliant british sitcom that ive never heard anyone talk about called Pete vs Life its the most unique presentation of a sitcom ive seen, top tier comedy couldnt recommend enough. if you anyone here has time to check it out its all on youtube

It was actually a Christmas Special. It didn't have anything to do with Christmas, except for the snow, but it was broadcast at Christmas.
