I love the tasty wordiness of "I've been filching francs from banks... / I've been cashing traveller's cheques in Cameroon". Those two lines are a whole mouth meal. Ignore the rest if you don't want to be reminded of Homestuck, but this has made me think about identity thief Dirk scenarios and it's hilarious. The absolute degree to which he'd overcomplicate it in his head.
Although it just got 4/14 in my timezone, I still appreciate that Bowman provides us with something to celebrate 4/13! Identity Thief really is one of the best songs from Ulterior Motives 😁 Nice to see a music video for this one, all Bowman videos always feel so special! 🥰
