    Loving this series! So happy to have made it to day 14 :) I think the length is perfect as it's more realistic and sustainable than if they were regularly one hour long! Thank you for your high quality and enjoyable teaching :)

    Good cool-down after my cardio/dumbell workout.
    A recipe for a nice cool mango "cardio" slushie would have been a cute surprise ending 😉❤🥭

    I Love cardio!! It was an great comeback after a few very hot days here in sweden. I will continue with day 16 and challenge my legs and booty

      Moving Mango how do you know about midsommar? I had a great🌼 midsommar 🌼with lots of family, food and dancing! The light nights are magical!

      @@MovingMangoPilates it would be nice sometimes to go back having some with music maybe. Just for a change. I also want to lose a small amount of weight. I feel strong Doing these expertises but doing this every day I am not losing weight. Is it just the cardio ones which will lose me some weight?

      I had some workouts with music but don’t think I had it in cardio Pilates video before, so it’s a good idea :-) For loosing weight, only cardio won’t help. Consistency and variety of movements/ intensity will be more effective. For example, some may find combining Cardio Pilates with other Pilates workouts will bring result. Also, please drink lots of water and sleep enough, eat lots of fiber and healthy diet. I hope it helps. Keep me posted 💛

    Wow I found this workout impacted core ... very nice work out Hannah. I randomly pick up your workout alternate days and all your workouts amaze me . And one good point I do your Pilates alternate days is to help me keep correct posture and really it helped me in that . Thanks again . Keep on adding 30 mins workout 🤗🥰

    Loving the short sweet but so affective routines... Lots of hips exercises..
    I always think the way you say..
    "breathe deeply through your nose & deeply through your mouth" should be a ringtone lol

    Fantastic 20 minutes... Yesterday was too long.. I didn't do for two days as 1 hour is good but I think is better 30- 40 minutes maximum if it is 30 days challenge and not once off.. Thank you so much... In the last exercise when I try to put my leg all way I feel pain in my neck.. So I did just half way... Thank you so much...

    Day 14 ✅ I couldn't do it like you did on the last exercise.. My butt is heavier than I thought 😂 But I was still doing my best and it made my core burn🔥 Thanks I'll see you on next challenge!
