    I love this! I’ve switched from going to the gym with weights and cardio to something calmer to try and balance my hormones and build a connection with my body again- this is absolutely perfect! I feel like I’m doing meditation and working out at the same time. I love how it’s not as hardcore, unsustainable or intimidating like some instructors can make Pilates, instead I genuinely feel calm and excited to complete your videos every day. Best find ever 🤩

    Thanks for filling the youtube void for high quality pilates 30 say series! I have been looking for one of these for a while as i prefer home practices! Really enjoying your videos so far - they're pleasant, calm, realistic and challenging with lots of variety :) Bon courage on your journey to California!

    I'm so grateful for this series! I usually lift weights as my exercise but I had an itch to try something new... Day 3 down and I am hooked! I'm loving Pilates for a change and am super excited for the days to come-- I can't wait to see how I progress. Plus you have soo many videos to choose from if I want to add on another workout after the daily workout. So excited, thank you Hannah! 💛

    Thank you Hannah! Now that I’m pregnant again, I can’t do a lot of the moves(like ones on your back), but I still enjoy watching and stretching with you! It’s very calming! Looking forward to starting again after baby arrives:)

    Day 2 and 3 done! I must say that the abs workout was really challenging for me. Hope it helps me reduce my belly fat a bit? Side kicks serie was great!

    Day 3 ✔️ Definitely the burning sensation was really something especially on core and lower abs area 🙏 my favourite part is around 24:00 😉

    Hi, reàlly enjoy your workouts, I've been following you throughout the entire lockdown and freedom, only one little note I would like to ask....is it possible to speak a little less please, as you repeat the same things constantly and it interrupts the movements. Thank you.
