I love this! I’ve switched from going to the gym with weights and cardio to something calmer to try and balance my hormones and build a connection with my body again- this is absolutely perfect! I feel like I’m doing meditation and working out at the same time. I love how it’s not as hardcore, unsustainable or intimidating like some instructors can make Pilates, instead I genuinely feel calm and excited to complete your videos every day. Best find ever 🤩
