The unit is not able to detect breath. Check the connection from the cannula to the device. Make sure the nasal cannula is properly positioned on your face and that you are breathing through your nose. Make sure the cannula tubing is not kinked or obstructed.
SimplyGo battery lasts around 50 minutes on 2 LPM continuous flow. If you are using it a lower setting, please get the unit serviced or replace the battery.
Why does this not keep up charging with the car charger on high settings? And it blows fuses in my vehicle, maybe I can run it without the battery and it draws less amps plugged into dc car charger?
At high settings the time required to charge the battery will be much longer and at the highest settings, it may not charge at all. Please refer to user's manual.

Yes, SimplyGo will work without battery from wall outlet only. However, the manufacturer does not recommend it since the machine will stop working, without any alert, in case of power outage.
If the device is operating in the carrying case, make sure it has been placed correctly in the case so that the outlet vents are in the front. The vents should be visible through the slot at the bottom. If the alert persists, contact your vendor.
So out of the 10 hours per month runoff, you can break down doing all the AC/DC and battery rotations that rise to the level of 10 hours run time for compressor and lube and filters. Not additive I presume.
This is my favorite one you can use this one to sleep with at night I need one but Medicare and United Healthcare won’t cover these portables some great government we have so keep on dreaming I do😜

Filter is deep inside machine and requires some disassembly to be accessed.

I have one and it connects to my CPAP with a special connector so that it is feeding tho oxygen right into my CPAP tube. Works great
Run on battery until flat?
Is it good for battery to keep full or run it until flat each time?
While using the unit remove the power cable when the battery is full. When storing the unit store is at half charge.
My SimplyGo Autostarts on power all panel switches work except Power On/Off. I changed main PCBs and front panels but no solution. Pls help, xns.

Not true...I have medicare and United Healthcare AARP and have had one for 3 years now.
My device turns off when I switch it to any mode other then pulse….
