You are 100% correct in that Philips is not cleaning these old machines before they send them back out. About 2 months ago, I finally received my replacement device, and it was a "refurbished" one. The paperwork that was included claimed that it had been cleaned and sanitized. There is no way. It was dirty on the outside, and when I opened up one of the flaps on the side, a hair fell out of it! I immediately called the company and was advised to clean it myself. So I filed a complaint on the FDA website and followed up with another complaint on the Better Business Bureau website about 6 weeks later. In a few days, a brand new Dreamstation 2 showed up on my doorstep. That being said, I'm still not brave enough to use it, because this company has had so many problems. I'm just going to hang on to it for a spare and keep using the device I bought with my own money after this recall started.
We took your advice and got two empty filter casings with no foam and installed them ourselves. Works amazingly. No worries now from any foam particulates.
Philips after 2 years of waiting said my machine is past the 5 year usefulness and is no longer recalled ,I've removed the foam and cleaned it completely ,it works fine but as soon as I can I'm buying another brand and I'll never buy any philips product.

They really don't care about the patients it seems. Especially when the machine is paid off and you're in that can't get a new machine yet. Thanks Nick ☺️
I worked for defect investigation for philips - it was a disaster - so many issues you try to solve when you find a problem and engineering just blows it off for months.
@@af1966 unfortunately it is highly unlikely, I used to have the cpap test station (100 cpap units) blowing directly on me for 8-10 hours a day. Who know how much of that crap us workers breathed in and they won't say anything. I worked building passenger train controllers and other modules and it was amazing how much cleaner their facility was than philips. They don't even build in a clean room everything gets dusty and dirty.
@@kaiseredge worked there also, got fired a month before the recall started...which was sooner then they had planned... they tried waiting til January on it. That place broke my heart horrifically, so much incompetence that makes no sense... The FDA DEFINITELY has information they can use to shut them down but frankly they're pretty much a toothless government organization, philips respironics Literally just came off probation for bribery a few months before the recall started.
@@YolkyburritoOG what department did you oversee? I was quite shocked when I worked there of how the place was ran, obviously multiple facilities I worked in Pennsylvania.
@@YolkyburritoOG well if you were shipping then I know you know about all the dust in the facility, shipping area was probably cleaner than manufacturing....
I have an older Bi-Pap where Philips's "replacement" method was an insult; "$50 and send it back". I opted for the physical replacement, sent in the request, got the confirmation number, requested doctor send in the prescription and information and had heard NOTHING back. I tried the patient portal over and over and got a notice that I needed to have the doctor send in the information, which has now been faxed into Phillips TWICE. I called last week, got someone who requested my confirm number, and stated that a DIFFERENT person had that confirmation number (directly given to me by email) and that they could not search by my serial number. It appears that Philips is trying to give me enough excuses and run-around crap that they hope I will give up and stop my request.
Thanks Nick for the updates. I live in Ireland, and apart from the first letter recalling my machine I haven't heard anything back from them. It is only recently I came across your channel and from all the info you gave I decided to get a new machine. I got the resmed 10 and so far so good. It's disgusting how a company can get away with such disregard for people's health.
Hi Marguerite, You're welcome! I visited Ireland when i was a pub and had a great time bar hopping in the Temple Bar area. Good memories. Don't worry, i won't let them get away with it
I've commented on your videos about the recall before. I am a chronic ventilator, a Trilogy Evo ventilator. I tried to get a ventilator that was NOT from Respironics. But my DME won't work with me, and Mom doesn't think I need to change DMEs, because I don't support Respironics. So, everywhere I go, this bulky uncomfortable Trilogy EVO goes with me. It's heavy, and I'm getting to the point where I'm going to say, "You all can carry the thing for me. You can do it. I'm the poor soul on it, and I'm not carrying it anymore. Whoever is with me, can carry the thing!
Thanks for the update I received a replacement DS the other day, like others in this boat I wouldn’t trust it as far as I could throw it, my BMC is excellent, these are safe aren’t they. I watched your vids on this unit and got one. Never thought a replacement would show up, thanks again for helping us all.
What I don’t understand is why does the air we breath have to go through the foam in the first place? The machine has a filter at the air intake to filter the air. If the foam is just for sound reduction than it could just as easily be installed around the outside of the air flow to reduce the noise!
I have posted before on other CPAP Reviews videos. I received replacement DS 1 but Phillips didn't program properly and the modem from my original DS 1 failed to work in the replacement. It wouldn't upload data to my equipment provider. About a month ago they said they would sent a replacement for the replacement. They apparently have to write certain data on the internal chip so it correlates and the upload would work properly. Replacing the modem is not a solution. I did use the replacement machine but for some reason. The volume of breathing and airflow was louder in the replacement and I couldn't sleep. I tried lowering the initial pressure but it didn't work. On my original DS 1 this isn't an issue. I tried to get use to louder noise but I couldn't get use to it. I will wait till I get the second replacement to see if this is still an issue. The machine itself isn't louder. It's the higher volume that I hear inside the mask itself. I never saw any black material in the water tray, tubing or mask in the original unit. After the report that has been posted how do I know if the replacement CPAP machines are safer than the original. I have never gotten sick or had a lung issue with the original.
Update from Toronto Canada: I received no phone call, no email for the result of the recall. Just by luck to visit the CPAP distributor on how the recall is going, this distributor book an appointment with me to come back on Jan 9, 2023 to replace my machine with DS1. The technician complained that his salary was cut after 19 years of service after COVID, Philip recall. And the CPAP distributor need to suck up the cost of this recall, so after this recall. That distributor is no longer in good financial shape. What a messy recall!
Thanks for the info, As of last week (last week in November) the replacement roll out of these machines was just started in the Vancouver BC Canada area. This roll out will be slow as it is done via serial number. I do not trust the machine i will get.. thus I decided to byte the bullet and bought myself a new one from RestMed. Will update you when I get the replacement Dreamstation and of its condition. As far as I am concerned I am done with Phillips and their CPAP.
At this point it seems worthwhile to open up any CPAP and remove the foam. My AS 11 is brand new (5 weeks) and I wonder just how loud it is without the foam, appreciating that this is a review of Philips
I got a letter from Phillips about my system One, basically they told me to pound Dirt, in their opinion it was past it's service life so they did not want to acknoledge it. They did offer to pay for me to send it to them to dispose of it!!!!
Thank you for following up on the information I brought to your attention about the ventilators. The community needs to know. Is this silicone safe in the dreamstation2. Is it hazardous, its already breaking off in ventilators. Thank you so much.
G'day John, i appreciate all the info my members send me. The FDA also sends me updates now (I guess i can reach a larger audience about the info). Keep up the great work mate. Cheers
Have you been missing all the problems with the Resmed 11 reported on this site? ruclips.net/video/nZ8hBPDRWMI/видео.html I'd suggest buying another new 10 if you qualify.
Help, please. Several questions: First, you say "ventilators." So this is not true of the new Dream Station 2 CPAPs that they sent out to replace our Dream Station 1 due to the recall? Or do we know yet if DS2 is impacted by this foam issue? Second, my insurance company got me a Resmed 11 after a number of months not receiving my replacement DS2 (I finally received the DS2 later). The Resmed was fine until I found what I think is black mold in the water tank, not once but twice. The second time, I installed a brand new tank and hose, even poured out the big bottle of distilled water, thinking something might be wrong with it. But I got the black stuff again. I saved the mold, cleaned the Resmed again and put it in the case. WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT THIS? I am not a happy camper about the mold. Can you give me some direction? Thank you for all your information and for your help!
I'm a us navy veteran, I receive a new machine, don't know if va sent to me. But I did recall report, I've still have that 7/8 diamond hole bit for a drill also the 7/8 hole plugs. Been think about removing the new foam. The one difference I've did is lower air pressure from 90% down too 20%.
@@af1966 see cpap review part 3 about this or just search RUclips for hm02 pressure on cpap. Also checkout about turning the ramp mode off it alot better off.
Well, gee. Thanks for that cheery update. But seriously, I do appreciate it. I am the user of a refurbished DS 1. (they call it recertified, but it's the same thing as a used Chevy with a blue ribbon sticker on it) So, I basically have a pig in a poke. I am taking my chances every night - am I saving my life or risking it? I have a very low sleep study score (5 AHI) so I wonder if iI should just quit CPAP altogether. I know that after 5 years of initial therapy I can get a new machine and it sure won't be a Phillips. Really, the only advantage of DS machines is the nice water tank,
I received a replacement, and noticed the build date was 2 years before the one I bought. I called Philips to tell them that mine was 2 years newer than the one they sent me and that they should be sending me a new machine, not a refurbished. They claim that the only thing on the refurbished machine that is not brand new is the case, or in other words, they are saying they replaced all the internals on this replacement machine. Not sure I am buying it, and if there is another recall, I will be buying a new one, of another brand.
Nov. 30, 2022 I just received an UPDATE on the recall today & mt Phillips System Onew that I had USED for 7 YEARS was returned to the DME vendor APRIA 2 months after the INITIAL Recall notice. Dr. had written NEW Prescription for a Resmed Air Sense 10 APAP only 3 days AFTER the FIRST NOTICE. My only issue with the Air Sense 10, is the water resevoir when filled to the "FILL" limit mark leaks as I'm putting it in the machine, so have learned to NOT fill water all the way to the FULL mark to avoid annoying spills. Simply put, the water resevoir poorly designed & wish I had the Air Sense 11 which came out a few months later. Guess I'm stuck with the 10 for at least another 4 years until a replacement is ordered by Dr. 🙂 ;-)
The 11 has the same issue when filling it bc it doesn't sit level. Sooooo they both are defective and bad design! Resmed is just as bad as Philips but they're PePUR foam isn't toxic supposedly. But I work for a DME company and I totally understand all the frustration. It was bad for us as well and we do love ❤️ all of our patients very much. At least I do. I do my very best to help them the best way possible and go far above and beyond to help someone.
At my job, I have a patient who has Dreamstation 1. She had the 1st recall and now the door of her water tank won’t closed. We’re putting elastics to hold everything together. And despite my insistence that they change his CPAP, my employer tells me that it's a story of missing piece. I find it frustrated not to be able to do more and to see her with this stupid setting in addition to everything she breathes with this device 😢
Nick, two questions: 1. Can we easily remove the foam from the Resmed Airsense 11 (as you demonstrated with the Airsense 10)? 2. In one video you stated that MOST cpaps contain noise-abatement foam. Which cpaps do NOT contain noise-abatement foam? Thanks!
Thanks for the update. I have been wondering why I haven't received my CPAP replacement machine. What machine do you recommend instead of this one. I have a Dream Machine.
Welcome Jane, you haven't received it because they don't enough. They said that 90% of replacements should be delivered by 2023 (i'm calling B.S). My fav device is the ResMed AutoSet 10 Card To Cloud. It's good value also. Sponsored link - cpap.review/airsense10
You asked the same question I was going to ask. Do these suggested models have a low rate of MDRs? I am almost afraid to check to see how other machines rank because of increasing skepticism of the FDA's trustworthiness.
I got no information about the shipping information until the day of I was supposed to receive. There was no information about the dream machine was going to replacement until. When I got my replacement about 1 year and 9 months later for me. When I opened the box from Phillips it was the Dreamstation 2.
I finally received my replacement just yesterday! They replaced my 2017 Dreamstation Auto BiPap with a 2022 Dreamstation Auto BiPap Dom.... I didn't even get a Dreamstation 2???? Not positive I will use it as I purchased a ResMed Airsense out of pocket back when recall started.
I don’t live near my provider. I live in fort Walton beach. It appears that my device was sent to me missing a silicone seal. I’ve been without my cpap for over a year. The overseas help desk suggested that I go to INDIANAPOLIS and have “ my provider “ check my device! I surrender I’ll mail this defective clap that blows no air to me back to them!
I have received 1 of 4 replacements. I have not even opened it as I use Resmed. I will likely donate and write off. BTW, I received a Dreamstation 2 in place of my Dreamstation. I guess I will open it as it expected it was new
I got the DS2 a couple days ago from Phillips. I was disappointed that they didn't send me a replacement of the DS1. I'm not using the DS2 and I call them and told them that I want a replacement for the DS1 I don't think the DS2 is engineered as well as the DS1 I waited over 15 months to get this second rate ds2 And I can wait longer for a new DS1. In the meantime I'll just hang on to the DS2 and continue using my DS1 until I get satisfaction of a duplicate machine
I had an old machine (2013) verifed model under recall. Got an offer of keep on waiting or send back machine and get a "$50.00 check and case closed". I sent machine back, no check, and they will not confirm they got it, and if/when a check will be issued. My only proof is their emails, my packing slip and a FEDEX confirmation machine got back to location. Do I just wait? Is there any recourse? Telephone would not say if check would be issued next week, next month, even next year. They have my machine and I am told to "watch my emails for updates..." Worst company in USA!
I am glad I did not use the replacement machine Phillips shipped me. Using an airsense 11 . I simply do not trust Phillips . The humifier failed on my original dream station machine and it was replaced just before the recall. I stopped using it and went to my air mini ResMed machine using it until almost a year later was able to obtain my airsense 11. Later I took out the old air box in my Phillips machine and installed one without foam. I am not sending back either machine. I could just be sending trouble to another patient.
I got a call from the CPAP machine company asking if I need any more masks sent. I said yes and I was vibing pretty well with the operator, then I asked if it's true if the Phillips CPAP machines are being recalled, and she hung up on me instantly. What does that tell you.
when you have a monopoly (or near enough), there's just no incentive to do things the right way. in a true free market, when philips bungled the job we could have simply gotten other respirators. but what we saw is that competitors are locked out and they have a stranglehold on the market. the few other options completely sold out and those of us with Philips had no other choice but to wait for their "refurbished" units
I'm still using my old Phillips. I did get sent the new one, but I've been slack. They wanted me to send mine to them, but I haven't. But considering this news, I might look at your work around & clean out my old one. I wish I had the $$ for a new brand. Is the new one worse than the old one?
Did anyone else here using a Philips machine get kidney cancer? I was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney cancer in May 2021 right before the announcement of the recall. I had used a DreamStation machine for over 5 years and prior to that I used a Philips System One that was also recalled for several years. I never used SoClean. Now all of a suddenly the lawyer I hired tells me kidney cancer is not one of the cancers included for the lawsuit settlement. I don’t trust what is going on here! I hope someone makes a documentary series and puts it on a streaming service to tell the story of what really happened. I don’t think Philips deserves to stay in business after this disastrous situation. There is an example that should be made here, not just a settlement.
So I got a Packet in the mail from Cpap saying that Class A Lawsuit on Cpap and that I am only entitled to $100.00 for my Cpap and that I only have until February to mail my Cpap machine in to receive
Hi, I am not leaving in USA. I just recieved my replacement as DS1. Is there anyway to check if the replaced machine is refurbished or a new build? Thank you
I never found any black specs in the hose, mask, or water tank of my original DreamMachine 1. I finally received a refurbished DreamMachine 1 about a month ago. I have noticed I now have mucous in my throat and I have post nasal drip. Don’t know if it’s due to the colder/rainy weather in Georgia or perhaps that they did not properly clean the refurbished one. So it’s time to disassemble and check. My local provider stopped handling the Phillips cpaps so now I have to find another supplier.
My refurbished device is so loud. I wonder if they just took the foam out and never replaced it with the silicone. You take your modem and SD card out before you send your old one back. And put them in the new or refurbished device.
What does Resmed use for buffers in their product? If they have a process that doesn’t break down etc, why doesn’t Phillips just switch to their materials??
Nick, WHY not let your followers to just replace with no foam? I seen one of your videos and jumped on board . I got my replacement fir about 45 bucks canadian and no issues now..... I Hope ..
Just got my Replacement Dreamstation 2 and Used it first time last night. Sorry it will be the only night I use it went back to my old machine and going to order a Resmed when I can get the best Value for one. Resmed 11. My throat feels like Glass in it from using the DS2 just a dumpster Fire :(
OMG NOOOO. I Just received my replacement back in June after waiting 12mths. Phillips told me to throw the 1st faulty devise in the bin. I have central apnea I’m scared stiff to sleep without my machine
My son and myself are still waiting for our replacement. We have had to continue using our recalled machine because our sleep apnea is bad. We can't buy a new machine.
I hear that. I’m in the same boat. Just can’t toss out that kind of money especially with all that’s going on in our democrat run economy now. It’s hard to get enough food let alone some new machine that has already been paid off! The government is giving billions to Ukraine and we can’t even get new cpap equipment ! Yet they are wasting billion’s overseas. Go figure. Best of luck to you and your son and Merry Christmas.
I got my dreamstation free on the NHS (UK), they won’t replace it with another brand or even do the recall. If you were in my boots would you be buying a resmed 10 with your own money?
i have asked philips for 5 months if they are good cleaned, because when i use the "refurhibished" machine i had headache, sore throat, snot nose & more tinnitus. they have said 5 months that it was stress. but does stress know when i dont use the machine? now i have stopped, and i feel better then when i use the machine. only thing Philips and my distributor (Vivisol) does is saying i must use the machine.
They sent me a replacement machine. I am afraid to use it. I had bought a different cpap machine because I couldn't wait that long. I have used the Phillips for over 10 years. I have had pnemonia often and for at least 5 years a nodule in my lung. I don't know if it's from the machine or not. How do you know? Thanks for all the updates.
lynncole1329. I was just diagnosed w nodules in lung and was wondering same. Nick do your know if this is one of issues reported w use by the dream station?
Madness 🤣. I never did get in contact with Phillips today as directed by their email that went out. Everyone needs to be looking at the PATIENT PORTAL updates as I believe it's changed. They continue to put the burden of contact information on us. All I want is to email them my information and prescription and possibly negotiate a cash payout to be done. The numbers provided by them have gotten me nowhere so far.
I'm on a replacement device and still having some of the same sinus irritation I had with the old device. I have no way to prove that it's related to their phone breakdown and my insurance will not cover a new machine. So what machine do you recommend?
I tried using a Philips dream wear head gear, what a piece of crap. Hissing sounds all the time, tried everything to stop it. Then the shop I bought it from wouldn’t let me trade because I was a week over the 30 day return policy. Now I have a resmed mask, so far, it is the most comfortable mask I’ve had, should have paid the extra few dollars in the first place. I think people often try to save on the mask because the machines are so expensive.
Just a thought "philips and all others" put the foam between the case and the air chamber that way you can put as much foam or what ever foam you want in the machine and have an empty/clear pathway.!!!!!! what the hell dudes!
Just add a little light here. There are 10 million phillips users, maybe 15 million during the period of affected . A period of 23 years, if even 5% of those using the machines got cancer from it, it would be 600,000 cases to 1 million cases in a 8 year period. This would have increased cancer rates by 50%. Which did not occur, cancer rates steadily declined. Based on the math, the relative risk is somewhere under 1%. Just some hope for those who used the machines, 282,000 cases of lung cancer per year, but atleast 96% of that is caused by smoking or asbestos. Leaving only 12,000 cases per year that could be attributed to anything other than smoking and asbestos. I would 6000 being the max, cpap users on phillips machines is 6% of the population. So of the 12000 cases of non smoking asbestos cancer, 600 per year would be cpap users, that's 600 maximum cases per year, of those 600 some could be genetic, some second smoke, some exposure to exhaust chemicals unknown lead and asbestos, some possibly the cpap, and some just random age. So let's use 200 as possible cpap estimate. Over the next 35 years even at 600 maximum attributing all of them to phillips, that's 20,000 out of 10 million which .2% mean while 600,000 will be diagnosed with lung cancer due to smoking or asbestos. So the risk is atleast under 1% at the most conservative estimate.
I still haven't received a replacement and was told they don't have any information as to when I might. Same thing with my Philips Bluetooth enabled hearing aids I bought last year. It seems unless your phone is 2-5 years old, the Bluetooth won't function on it.
So not only are you getting somebody else’s machine, you’re getting somebody else’s improperly cleaned machine. There’s no good for word for how gross that is especially during covid times. 🤢
I wonder if the cardon dioxide is causing heart rate and anxiety issues with ResMed 10.If u think about it I am exhaling and I taking traped carbon dioxide.
I need to add , The volume level i do not hear any difference, Cause I am sleeping, Phillips Sucks , They do not care of the little people using life altering devices , In Canada the info is US first for replacements then Canada , What CRAP...... forget about phillips and replace the dam air chamber yourself. I worked building passenger train controllers and other modules and it was amazing how much cleaner their facility was than philips. They don't even build in a clean room everything gets dusty and dirty.

Same here
Thanks Nick for the updates.
Don't worry, i won't let them get away with it
Is air liquide made by Philips, and supplied by the HSE recalled .? Is it safe to use?
@@CPAPReviews hi I have the Air liquide ..is it any safe? It's made by Philips.. and what best CPAP would you suggest I get? Thanks
Thanks for the info,
As of last week (last week in November) the replacement roll out of these machines was just started in the Vancouver BC Canada area.
I find your information fantastic thank you for what u do
Damn, thanks very much for making these videos.
If this wasn’t so serious, you could be forgiven for thinking it was a comedy show written and performed by Phillips!
I got a letter from Phillips about my system One, basically they told me to pound Dirt, in their opinion it was past it's service life so they did not want to acknoledge it. They did offer to pay for me to send it to them to dispose of it!!!!
Yep getting rid of your evidence? I truly hate Philips now!
Same! 😢
Cheers

Can you recommend any valid class action law firms in the US that are going after Phillips?
Nick, two questions:
1. Can we easily remove the foam from the Resmed Airsense 11 (as you demonstrated with the Airsense 10)?
2. In one video you stated that MOST cpaps contain noise-abatement foam. Which cpaps do NOT contain noise-abatement foam?
Thanks!
Sorbethene foam for noise abatement bits, polypropylene foam for the air flow bits. Purrs like a kitten and blows strong.
@@CPAPReviews thanks. I'll get that one.
I'm not using the DS2 and I call them and told them that I want a replacement for the DS1
I don't think the DS2 is engineered as well as the DS1
I waited over 15 months to get this second rate ds2
And I can wait longer for a new DS1.
It's the V60 vent that has the alarm failure, due to a power problem and it needs checking on by the nurses to make sure it's still on.

Thank you
My dad never got a replacement machine. Never even got an email or anything.
I swear that since I got my DS2 I don't feel like it puts out the same amount of air as the original system one.
It does have a smaller blower mate. Same blower as the DreamStation Go 'travel' device. It should still provide the same level of pressure.
@@CPAPReviews With a smaller blower to provide the same level of pressure, is the blower louder or is it a more efficient design?
I had to stop using mine with silicone everytime I used it I got sinus infection and pain , I'm without therapy now 😔
I literally just received my new replacement machine 4 days ago from Phillips….
Are you talking about dream station one or dream station 2?
I wonder if you get foam out that you could flush the chamber with water?
Hello. Do you happen to have any information about the safety of the ResPlus C-20A by BYOND?
What does Resmed use for buffers in their product? If they have a process that doesn’t break down etc, why doesn’t Phillips just switch to their materials??
Nick, WHY not let your followers to just replace with no foam? I seen one of your videos and jumped on board . I got my replacement fir about 45 bucks canadian and no issues now..... I Hope ..

So is there going to be a recall of the DS2?
What does resmed differently? Because they do not have those problems do they?
I got my dreamstation free on the NHS (UK), they won’t replace it with another brand or even do the recall. If you were in my boots would you be buying a resmed 10 with your own money?
i have asked philips for 5 months if they are good cleaned, because when i use the "refurhibished" machine i had headache, sore throat, snot nose & more tinnitus. they have said 5 months that it was stress. but does stress know when i dont use the machine? now i have stopped, and i feel better then when i use the machine. only thing Philips and my distributor (Vivisol) does is saying i must use the machine.
Cheers always
They sent me a replacement machine. I am afraid to use it. I had bought a different cpap machine because I couldn't wait that long. I have used the Phillips for over 10 years. Is there a good replacement we can purchase
Your best right now is the ResMed AirSense 10 Card To Cloud device. Good prices right now also
Just got an email from them today 2/9/2023 saying they would replace my device. I tried to email them back. Broken link. What a joke!!!
Would you recommend switching to ResMed cpaps? If so which model?
Is this about ventilator s or CPAP machine s?
I still have not got my recall yet from last year
Maybe its time for an update as its been about half a year.
I talked with Phillips two months ago about just giving me a refund and not a repair and still haven’t heard anything back.
I'm on a replacement device and still having some of the same sinus irritation I had with the old device. I have no way to prove that it's related to their phone breakdown and my insurance will not cover a new machine. So what machine do you recommend?
I still havent had my first recall processed...
new email today says the new CEO is "taking steps" ...... not sure what that means.
Still waiting for my replacement 15 months later.
I registered in Aug 2021. Called them again yesterday, Feb 2023, and they stated it will be at LEAST April 2023 before I receive my replacement.
Just a thought "philips and all others" put the foam between the case and the air chamber that way you can put as much foam or what ever foam you want in the machine and have an empty/clear pathway.!!!!!! what the hell dudes!
why do we still put foam in the air pathway at all? It does not belong in the air pathway, let it be a little louder I don't care.
Sounds like Phillips is Done, Belly Up, Finished
What camera and lense are you using?
