To be fair, if little Mac was good in the air he'd be INSANELY overpowered. Only thing I would fix is I would let his side b recharge on being hit, and maybe increase the vertical distance of his up b
With a K no little Mac needs to be redesigned entirely, if he was good in the air he would be broken, what they need to do is remove the armor on most of his moves and actually give him so mobility so he can actually be a character that players could grow as playing. I’ve played little macs that have literally just spammed all of his armored attacks which makes things really annoying

Its because he's a difficult character so people can't just pick him up but it's not really worth the time investment unlike say shulk who could be the best character in the game when optimized so people just forget about him which is grand shame
