    Nice Topic.As a professional in my opinion Job Analysis is a vital role.HRM plays a important role in this Competitive world.Training nd Development has many Training Methodology for skll development in anyOD.Job Analysis is important for the worker for which employee is eligible for which post in nutshell.There shud b a clear cut policy nd strategies.Well fare of the employee boost Productivity of any OD.Its a vry.vast field.Orientation is also important in HR.Useful nd inspiring vdo lecture,👍
