I learned something new today lol I had no idea you could use Ajax pots and pans! I have a few pans that need some help with the bottom of them. And the kitchen stuff was cute. I have the bowl you got in white, I but that blue is so cute
The little battery fans are great for some uses. I live where houses weren't built with air conditioning, and normally I don't really need it. I have a few fans I rarely use. But the little battery one is great like on a nightstand if it's warm at night, or right near you if you're sitting down.

I hope you get a real great tenant less demanding and someone who is not trying to take control of your home. I had some issues with renting out my late parents masterbedroom. Hopefully she will be able to find a better place and I realized this was not a good idea for me. Anyway sorry for this message. I wish the realtor gave me a chance to screen or interview the renter. I gave her a month. I lost my privacy and it is not easy living with someone I don’t know well. I almost had a nice student from Japan However, she wanted to find a more private place, the second lady was very respectful and seemed east to talk to. However she also wanted a place with her own kitchen and private guest room. I was about to cancel then the third lady was not my type. I don’t want to make her feel bad it is not working out for me as a landlord I couldn’t take over. Ok Goodluck with your rental agreements you are lucky to have a good mother. My parents and some relatives are gone now. My neighbors are very nice hoping this tenant will be able to find a better place that’s all I wish for her. I miss my good family friend she is in peace now. Stay well and safe 👍🏻🍀

We have four kids (a new baby this last December)and when we had three kids parenting got “real” busy. I pray you figure out a good rhythm with your husband. Keeping God at the center and our perspective of life correct helps! Realizing that this is a season of a busy life we are in ,is what keeps us going and working well together alongside the Lord
