- My Cabo travel vlog of our family vacation at the Grand Velas Los Cabos - an all inclusive luxury resort! This was my first time staying at an all inclusive resort and it was great! With 7 restaurants, including one by a Michelin star chef, luxury amenities and 50 wines included - what's not to love?! Unlimited guacamole and ceviche - yes please!!

Ooooh tough choice! Both equally good places! Depends if you want all inclusive vaca in Mexico or a Hawaii getaway! I think either way you’re going to have an amazing trip! I guess it would just depend on the time of year as Mexico does have hurricane season..Hawaii’s doesn’t affect the weather too much. Let me know what you decide!

Haha I would think! Except a cruise has a lot more activities and shows right??? Never been on one but I like the fact you can go explore if you want to or be a lazy bum at the resort :)

@@SophiesTravelSecrets Not in the immediate future...I'm still doing my research. I was disappointed that one review said that at this particular resort, you are not allowed to get into the ocean. Does that sound accurate? BTW, your Dad is my kind of guy! So fun!
@@mitchelliott4938 Hi Mitch, odd enough I do recall reading that the beaches along the area between Cabo and San Jose aren't the best for swimming, particularly in front of this hotel. We did walk along the beach and I don't recall seeing too many people actually. I would perhaps speak to hotel to see what they say or if there is a beach nearby that they would recommend, particularly if you're going with kids. Haha, thanks! My dad is definitely a character! We always have so much fun together. :)

Sophie's Travel Secrets we were planning to go to Cancun but delta 4 cancelled all flights to Cancun so I was looking to go to cabos on short notice like tomorrow lol
@@ryanbrito425 Oh yikes! From what I can remember last year, we were deciding between Grand Velas, Paraidus, and Marquis for all inclusive. I was traveling with my parents and we decided on an all inclusive as sometimes one can get tired early in the evening so it was easy for someone to go upstairs while the other two enjoyed the night. I also looked up other hotels like Nobu and The Cape which both looked 👌🏽 if you're looking for something more vibey! Good luck and have a safe flight!

Hi Anju, we just booked as the hotel as normal. Wasn't approached once about a timeshare. Would of hated to sit through a presentation when I'm on vacation lol.

Is it vegan friendly? We want to go but I find that sometimes all inclusives are ton vegan friendly
Hi Andrea, good question! I am not sure to be honest as it was a few years ago but I do remember every restaurant at the resort asking if we had any dietary requirements! I would say they should have vegan options but best to call them and maybe ask to be sent a sample menu if they have one? xx
Were the mezcal tasting and massage included?
Hi Aura, the mezcal tasting was! The hotel has a nice range of complimentary daily activities for guests. They also hosting a wine tasting, which we did but I didn't film. This one was really good because it was a tasting of their wines at the hotel. The hotel has over 50 wines included so it was great to sample some of them so you know what you want to order. The massages and the private transfer from the airport were both extra $$. The massages were a bit pricey (like USA prices) but the spa was really nice so I def think it was worth the splurge. Are you planning to visit Cabo soon??
