Taking tablets of any kinds isn't ideal,Cambodia is full of organic and nutritious fruits, vegetables and the sun for vitamins D. The only thing is that they lack of money to buy meat for iron in this case iron tablets is a good supplement..Thank you for sharing and Stays beautiful🙃🙃
