Mmmm, clam chowda, love Mikes Pastry, and oh my lobstah roll. Man, I miss that food. I was in Vegas for Super Bowl Weekend and I almost bought a ticket from Vegas to Boston to go watch the parade. A few of my friends were at the parade. LOVE BOSTON! PATS 6 X SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS! AWHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHH
You would've loved the parade, Big J! Everyone there looked to be having a great time, didn't see any fights or misbehaving among the fans. From what our Lyft drive said, the party there continues into the night!
Very much so, and vlogging too. It's fun to hop somewhere for a day or day and a half and check out the local food scene. And of course, take you guys along with us!
Ya are such a cute couple you cant help but not too love you both God meant for ya to be together ya are each other soul mate God bless you and kept on making these blogs and allow us too come along on ya adventures I look forward too your adventures and I am not the only one that love your blogs God bless you both
Palm Springs has come up a few times. It's starting to creep it's way onto our short list. lol First have to psych ourselves up for the 4 hour (rt) drive. haha
What a Great video you two. The food looked amazing. The lobster roll and the roast pork and duck looked amazing. Thank you for taking us along with you.
I just booked my airfare yesterday! I will be in Boston in September for a work conference but will have plenty of downtime to explore so I was so happy to see another awesome vlog from y'all. How long did it take to do the entire Freedom Trail by the way?
Nice! Took us a couple hours at a leisurely pace. The first half of the Freedom Trail (starting from Boston Common) had more things to see, though Bunker Hill was pretty cool. There's a lot of construction going on near the Paul Revere statue that closed off a section of the trail, they have a detour to follow though. We look forward to going back for more sightseeing and food!
My husband and I totally plan our vacations around food. Boston Is up there on our favorite places. We went to Portland, Maine earlier this year. It was a blast with fresh seafood out the wazoo!
Love your channel. Thanks for sharing your food journey. So glad that you guys stopped by the China Cafe. I used to have lunch there every day. Their food is delicious and the price is reasonable. Their crispy pork belly is the BEST! :) Can't wait for your next video. Good job!
You guys inspire me to to just pick up and go! I will have to try it sometimes, it looks fun. It is always a struggle trying to cordinate flight & hotel on a short notice.
When you go to Vegas you should go to Buddy Vs brunch on weekend. Would you agree Boston has the perfect mix of history and modern skyscrapers that nobody believes exist?
Thanks for the Buddy Vs recommendation! Our weekends fall in the middle of the week, but looking at their reviews, place looks awesome! Boston is a beautiful city for sure. The only other city that we visited that has a significant historical background is Philly,. We look forward to going back to Boston for more history and eats!
Mike's pastry is a tourist trap. If you want a good bakery in Boston go around the corner to Maria's. It's small and a bit of a dive but they are a very good, italian bakery! Good bakeries don't fill Cannoli's until they are ordered!!!
@@billandlisa definitely a must on your next trip back, also Leone's pizza in Somerville has the best square pizza, and taco loco in Somerville has the best burritos/papusas around
LOL! Just mixing things up a little. That and the 'no title' thumbnails are new changes for 2019. No one really said anything one way or another about these changes... except for now. lol
You always make me so hungry lol. You both look amazing thanks for taking us along 🤗
Thanks so much, CTL! It was a fun adventure!

your food critiques are good and enjoyable to see you both enjoying it so much :)
Thank you, Dhalvid!
It’s always fun to go traveling with you two kids. Do you think of these short foodie trips as somewhat of a hobby? Thanks again, Tammy 🦋💜

Welcome back friends. Cool to be there on parade day
You guys make my day brighter
Thank you, Linda! =)

This was a very nicely made video
Love Boston. Use to go there twice a year for 13 years in the 80-90s. Love the fall colors too.
Heard Boston is beautiful in the fall. Maybe that's when we'll try and go back for part 2!
Great video you guys. We're looking forward to the next one!
Thank you, Matt!
Boston!!!!!!! wow food looks great.. Ya Pats Super Bowl parade what a nightmare!! Ok that Chinese food looked awesome!!!!!!!! safe trip home.
Thanks Jay! Our Chinese food to-go was tasty! The roast pork we got on the side was our fav. The parade made for an interesting day for sure. lol
cannot wait for your next adventure....
Oh my gosh that cannoli and the lobster roll!
... and the clam chowders too! Next time we go back, Siora, we'll have to get some crabs!

Bill & Lisa's food and travel blog - maybe a short flight from LAX?! 🤗
@@katemully922 Unfortunately, we have to go through SLC to get to PSP, no direct from LAX. Good idea though!

Fab review fab locations good video work great hosts loved this review vlog ..... hats off to Lisa and bill
Thanks Joe! We need to go back to Boston soon!
Lobster roll looked good. You can tell that is a good lobster roll since not smothered in mayo. $30 is a great deal for he whole combo.
"The more you toot the better you feel, so eat your beans at every meal"!!!
I’m like ooh Lisa it’s oozing!!! Lol
Love you guys, hope best of luck and happy to you

We want to visit Portland, Maine for their lobsters! So many places on our list, not enough vacation time! LOL

Thanks Mae! We look forward to visiting Boston again, there's still much to do and eat there! And yes, love that crispy pork belly!
Another pre Pandemic vlog! I would love to take in Boston. I have been to Cape Cod. Great seafood!
I love your videos! Keep it up!!
Thanks Cassidy!

I have to try all these places when I’m in Boston! 😍
Mike's Pastry makes the best lobster tails!
Hey Guys!!! Gung hay fat choy!!! I always wanted to go to Boston.
Gung hay fat choy to you too, Jason! Boston's a pretty cool place, so much history there!
Perfect timing for the parade! You should have worn Ram's jerseys! Ha! That lobster roll looked amazing.
Not sure if that would've been a good idea. We didn't want to wear any Dodger gear either. lol Lobster roll was tasty for sure!
That corn bread looks delicious.
It was, AC! Perfect match with the soup and baked beans.
Oh man these 🍩 look big 😂😂😂😂
Lobster roll was expensive. Lukes Lobster at Fashion Show Mall has the best lobster roll in Las Vegas.
Thanks for the recommendation, Robmar. We'll have to check it out when in the mood for lobster rolls in Vegas!
Luv the vlog to bad you were there for the pats parade ❤️💕❤️💕❤️💕
Wasn't planned, but did make for an entertaining day. lol
how do you guys deal jetlag? i just got back from cancun and jetlag is kicking my butt
Traveling within the US doesn't really affect us. International travel is where we feel it. lol
Damn I need to go there
Great video your getting closer to me in Montreal
Ahh yes, would love to visit Vancouver and Montreal one day!
I live in Boston, but where are you guys from?
SoCal!
Bill & Lisa's food and travel blog Oh nice! I Miss California! I was born and raised in Stockton, Ca! Hope to go back to visit Cali soon! :)

Boston is a great place. Been there many times. Sam Adams beer is my fave! Have you any plans to visit Canadian cities? Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal ?
Yes, Vancouver is one we want to visit!
@@billandlisa The exchange rate is in your favour but Vancouver isn't a cheap date! lol
LA is like another planet in comparison.
LOL!
that duck, that pork!!! 😍
Lobster roll and chowder....I want some!
Lobster roll looked delicious!
It was, Lisa! We'll have to try the crab on our next trip there.
12:39 got the cake lmao
Did you rent a car ? I would like to hit some of the places but didn't know if they are in walking distance of each other.
Didn't rent a car, took a ride share from the airport and walked around town.
Mike’s does make a mean cannoli!
earl of sandwich used to be a bathroom decades ago.
Who knew! lol
go up to essex for fish chowder. you willl love it
Boston!!
Beans beans the magical fruit...
It’s chowda is Boston. They don’t say r. Boston is all about the revolutionary war.
How could you not highlight the Shaw/54th Massachusetts memorial?
Were you surprised by the amount of skyscrapers in Boston? When in Vegas you must go to Mon Ami Gabi and Burger Brasserie. Get the lamb burger.
Yes, Boston has some cool skyscrapers! Been to Mon Ami Gabi, great steak frites there! Haven't been to Burger Brasserie yet..
And you got on a plane after eating all those beans?!? 😳🤣😂 🤣😂😉
