    Even though I am a male I find this very very interesting, could you please post other videos on the uses of moxibustion, I'm very new to the idea and uses of it. It's like cupping, things I've only heard about recently and know almost nothing about
    Thank you so much for sharing and teaching this

      That is a great idea, will try to create more content based on moxibustion. I think it's such an amazing tool to use to help with a variety of ailments. Thank you for watching!

    Great video! Where do you recommend purchasing the stick-on moxa and moxa pulls?

    • @arayahpm
      @arayahpm  Год назад

      Yes, they are called Moxa poles, apologies they were misspelled in the video. I believe you can get them on Kamwo website or Lhasa (two companies that are great for Chinese medicine supplies)

    Hi, thank you for these explanations. Is there a difference in quality between the "cigar" and the stick-ons? I was about to order the small ones and the website mentions the heat from the small ones is somewhat lower, up to 50 degrees Celsius. Does that mean they are less effective? Thank you.

      Hi, this is a great question! I find that for the stick on ones, you will have to do a few rounds before you start to feel more warmth in the area (maybe 3 -4 rounds) but it is still effective. The pole moxa ones are maybe easier to use since they will warm it up faster.

    For women who's babies are cephalic but want their baby in a more optimal position, can they still do it? Or is it just something for breech. or posterior babies?

    What position should mom be in while doing this?

    • @arayahpm
      @arayahpm  Год назад +1

      the mom can be seated in a chair or whatever is comfortable. Her partner should be the one doing it since it may be difficult to do it yourself!

    Can I start this sooner than 34 weeks?

    • @arayahpm
      @arayahpm  Год назад

      if you know that the baby is breeched, you can start it sooner. If you have a local acupuncturist around, you can ask them too.
