My neighbor just brought me a FULL grocery bag full of Meyer lemons! This loaf looks a bit cakeier than a pound cake. I’ll use olive oil which tends to add a richness and may make the loaf a bit more dense. I’ll use my KitchenAid mixer (mostly because it just sots unused). Thanks for preparing this for us Angelina! We vegans always appreciate a good dessert!❤️🍋

Looks yummy. I'm not a big lemon lover but I would probably try this with a different glaze minus the lemon flavor. Would you try to make a different flavor of loaf using some of the basic ingredients would be great

While lemons are not my first choice for a dessert, I wouldn’t say no to this! Mangos are my fav!!! Anyway, while I know packing and moving can be super stressful - I hope you are also getting excited! How far are you from amenities at your new spot? Is there a bulk barn, for example, nearby? How is Sophie handling all the packing? My dogs love riding in the car/traveling, but they do not like the prep ahead of time = too stressful. Kari🌞
Hi. I am definitely getting excited and stressed at the same time☺️. I'll have to discover where all the good amenities are when I get there. That's part of the fun though I'm not that far from a big town. Sophie will it enjoy any part of this process but I'm doing my best to minimize the stress for the old gal.
