jisung's english is really good because he studied in malaysia at an english speaking school, which is also why he can have sort of a british accent at times. Seungmin lived an LA for 3 months and studied english really hard. And hyunjin lived in Las Vegas for a little bit. The 3 of them are really good at speaking english while the other members (minus chan and felix) are better at understanding english

I think Changbin asked Lee Know if it's a cooking book since Lee Know loves cooking and is pretty good at it too. There was another interview where they had to bring items they love/ use a lot and he brought a cooking book with him and something else cooking related (while other's choose clothing and headphones)
In all fairness, Changbin could have been saying that he thought it was a cookbook because, Lee Know is probably the best chef out of all of them and they talk about food that he has cooked a lot... even months later. Or it could have been a burn, because Changbin is seriously good at subtle burns and shade. 😂

Han, Seungmin and Hyunjin (pretty much), are fluent in english. Han's accent is usually more British as he learnt it in Malaysia, and Hyunjin and Seungmin usually have an american accent. Hyunjin sometimes sounds a little aussie, same with I.N. Minho and Changbin have a typical korean accent when speaking english! :D
