Dude thank you for sharing great day of catching crappies first time subscriber and I really enjoy these creek fishing content! I love tiger enthusiasm and excitement of the catch, keep up the great work you taught me something new about attaching a fish you’re taking home on your stringer first time hearing that and I will be using it from now on! Tight lines take care and God bless
Been croppie fishing lake Okeechobee for over 15 years. Ive got into em real good sometimes but just recently was pond fishing for bluegill and ended up finding croppie. Caught probably 60 between me and my dad. Was such a memorable moment for the both of us. Croppie may not be big but damn when you get them while they're feeding or spawning its like nothing else. Love your video, keep on fishing brother enjoy it every chance you get
That was a nice haul Buddy...I bet that was a blast to feel... The brother-in-law and I went out today and everything that could go wrong did ...barely made it to the lake The brother-in-law and I went out today and everything that could go wrong did thbarely made it to the lake😡😡😒
Why don’t you do a light braid setup and slip cork when trying to use jig and bobber I know you like light tackle but curious as why it a better bobber setup
Question for ya! A west texas lake I creek fish is pretty low compared to the last few years I've been there. Most of the creek is probably 2-4 foot deep, with a handful of bends/holes that are 6-8 foot deep. With the creek being so low, will crappie still run up there in the winter?
Good afternoon ! Kid krappie. I’m looking at the B’n’m Russ Bailey signature series 8 foot spinning rod . I will be only casting from the bank for shells crawler and red ear and bluegills and crappies only. I’m looking for a spinning rod that have a strong backbone and sensitive and a spinning rod that can land a catfish are a bass if one get on my bait. Which one would you recommend me to buy 1. B n m Russ Bailey are 2. B n m Sam heaton. Please pick me one of them please. I wish you and your family a happy thanksgiving kid krappie 🙏
Why do you use those spring bobbers, slip floats are much better A:less likely to get tangled. B: they don't fray your line up like snap floats will. C: they enable you to work deeper depths without affecting cast distance and accuracy

@ yeah, I’m taking the boat out today
@ must be nice! Enjoy brother
So what difference does it make if they stringer rubs on its gills if you're about to drop the fish in a pot of hot grease in a few hours? 😂
I want my fish fresh and not floating dead for hours before I eat them lol to each their own
@@KidKrappieYessir 👍🏾
You don’t want them to spoil before you leave.
Might change your mind and put em back
@@KidKrappiehaha facts plus if you don't catch enough and wanna throw em back they are more likely to survive.
I know of a few creeks that come off of the Des Moines river but never had any luck.
Im over in the dfw area near McKinney. Been looking at the two creeks north of lake Lavon. Any advice ?
You just got a new subscriber, what kind of soft plastic lure you used, to me colors does matter though.
Thanks for subbing and watching! It is one that I make. It’s very similar to a Bobby garland baby shad
Does this kinda stuff happen in Iowa…and how do you know what creek to fish
Are you fishing small creeks off the main lake or way back up in the main creeks? Like denton or hickory creek?
Big creeks off the main lake. Feeder creeks basic at

Those are cockleburrs sticking to your pants!
@@FunnyBackpacker-mw8vx they suck!

@@CreekCreepinOutdoors I can’t stand braid. I think that cork had a sharp edge or something because I never have that problem like that
Forgot the name of the creek but that’s the northeast area of Lake Lewisville. Round Barn Rd.
How far away from the main lake is that spot
Less than a mile

This fish is very strange to me I have never seen them in Vietnam where I live.
They are very common here in Texas
And africa.
Very good eating highly sought after here

They are a pain to rig up. I would be out there rigging them up for 3 hours with how much I break off lol
@KidKrappie tie a swivel below it with lighter line attached on bottom, then that will break first and you'll virtually never lose your bobber.
