Mishimoto Radiator, Intercooler, and Trans Cooler Install on the Cummins!

Short install video on 2004.5 Dodge 2500 Cummins. Picked up a radiator, intercooler, and trans cooler from Mishimoto. Brought down the EGT also you can hear the turbo a lot more now! Any questions leave them in the comments I will get to them. Thanks For Watching!!!!

It looks like you ran the larger Banks intercooler tubes? Is that right? What made you decide on the Mishimoto intercooler versus the Banks? Banks does the comparisons between all the others, but does not compare the Mishimoto to the Banks in terms of flow. I do appreciate Mishimotos warranty, which I assume was one of the reasons you chose their intercooler let alone having all the same stuff from the radiator to the transmission cooler. Appreciate your video.

Yea, ran the the Banks tubes and Mishimoto is top of the game in cooling in my opinion. Which is why I chose Mishimoto. Thanks for watching!

How much did did your trans temp drop or did it drop faster after installing the mishimoto trans cooler?

I’m not sure how much it dropped but after it’s about 130 degrees operating temps

Not sure about the difference because I didn’t have a reading on it before my tuner but now that I can read it’s 155 degrees
