Man, just got hit with a wave of emotions. I used to listen to this album non stop around 2014 and probably haven’t listened to it in over 6 years. My life has changed so much. Had a son, marrying my fiancé soon and I became a cop. Like wtf?! Haha life changes so much my friends. I joined the force cause I hated what I saw and wanted to be the change. This song takes me back to my old room, just laying on the bed listening to this and debating if it was worth it. Life changes so fast and it’s crazy how a simple song can bring you right back to those moments when you haven’t heard it for years. RIP Steelo. Peace and love everyone.

This bar was very inspiring for me during the last couple years when I had a big struggle regarding my health and now at the end of that nightmare (but the fight never stops, I win some battles not the entire war) I feel the need to start all over again with fresh forces. At times I've felt like I had been part of a group of people who thought Joey was the best of ProEra. Looking back how wrong I was. Not that rankings matter, but this made me feel like steez also felt/thought his work was being overshadowed in the group he created; for whatever reason it may have been. By many ProEra fans. Of course, some did recognize real early knowing how good he really is, however I think the majority didn't. Maybe he felt like the underappreciated artist and perhaps he thought it would always be that way. Are the people who didn't realize what we had when had him somehow linked in the death of this lyricist? All I know is the hours I've spent listening to him I wouldn't trade for anything. Rest easy Steez
