We have scattered solar lighting around our strawberry patch, and it seems to help keep the deer away
I was today years old when I found out that you are just down the road from me! See ya tomorrow morning for some June berries in May!
Love strawberry season its the first fruits we get before the summer
Looking good Dre, here in Southeastern Pa. Zone 6b . I lost a bunch of my Chandlers too and they just starting to set fruit .
Nice strawberries drew i farm in Zamora Michoacán Mexico the capital of strawberries but I’m scared of plating strawberries because of lack of experience. Thanks for your videos hopefully one day I’ll try one acre of strawberries
Man that's an awesome looking crop!!!
Very Informative, great work u doing there bro.. Would love to see how and what dripline u using on that strawberry farm.. Best of luck for ur season brother..
Man, I want to grow strawberries so bad. Just scared about starting it, I guess. I watched your video where you went through and planted and honestly looked fun.
I'll be doing it by hand when we start doing it though.
Start with me
Love your videos. What nutrients do you use and the scheduling?
🇺🇸 Good video 💪🏼
How come you didn't show us the tulips and going to the market with them
Lovely Strawberry.....
Are there any specific soil requirements? We have a sandy loam more clay like than sandy. I would love to add strawberries to my farmstead.
How are the blueberries doing?
Been following off and on for awhile now and really enjoy your content. Would really love to contact you somehow as my wife and I are planning on starting a berry farm here in Idaho.
ruby june has one parent that is a day/nutral so you get some later fruit set
Farmer Dre, please let me know how much NPK to apply to strawberries, pre-plant and during growth. All I learned from you is apply 7 pounds per acre of actual nitrogen but what about phosphorus and potassium? Thank you.
where can you buy the Ruby June seeds?
Are Ruby June berries hardy in zone 4 or 5?
Does the N every week affect the firmness on the berry or is that a myth ? We do about 5000 chandlers the first berries were insane second flush is getting smaller though. Maybe adding a fertility program to them would help them along
Also is that 7lbs per N at what time frame /wk /mo
Love your videos. What area is your farm located?
Show me irrigation sistems
Do you go Organic?
I have everberring. They are SO sweet.
Store bought are in the top 10 most pesticides list
First!
You are adding WAY too much nitrogen. You will get excessive growth and slow the ripening of the berries and have less berries.
I grow more runners than strawberries.
