For those who don’t know: several states have made it to where an organizer of an event is able to be charged for any damages if a riot ensues at their event. It does not matter if the people at the event started it, all it takes is for a riot to happen. This means: police are able to incite the riot and the organizer gets blamed, people not involved with with event can incite a riot and the organizer gets blamed, people involved with the event can incite a riot and the organizer gets blamed. Effectively this law is a loophole to suppress your first amendment because who is gonna hold an event and be willing to take all legal responsibility if it goes sideways

If we can’t talk and gather then we can’t organize and if we can’t organize we can’t resist and if we can’t resist we become prisoners in our own country. Essentially trying to control the masses by stopping the organization of protests before they even start bc no1 is going to take on the liability of 100s or 1000s of ppl they dont know and can't control who shows up.. idk just found it interesting this idea of making the organizers responsible for the actions of other ppl seems to be a reoccurring theme lately

i mean it feels like a solid thing to do if you're going to do a thing like that to notify the local authorities so they can make whatever preparations or even provide security if there's some rowdy boys.

Tennessee state troopers are legit super troopers. They seriously must be watching cowboy movies for training videos because they all think they are some old school lawman and most of them are in their early 20's. They use all the old school tactics they can get away with. They are legit hall monitors if you so much as roll at a stop sign that is a major criminal offense to them. Meanwhile they break the law with the utmost regularity. They are glorified girl scouts for the state their sole job is to collect as much money as possible. And when you manage to get a word in at the court the completely unorganized da's are all hungover and really could care less about people, they don't keep their word and the clerks office just follows along and then refuses to do their job so after you go to court and pay for everything, they still suspend your dl. Nothing is more scary in Tennessee than seeing one of these gang vehicles in your vacinity.

I feel like I speak for the entirety of the car community when I say this people who do takeovers are not part of the car community Yeah, they have good looking cars, but they’re mostly all the same and they don’t have a wide range of cars. Plus We don’t do this stupid shit that they do. We actually try to have a good time and not get arrested.

These intersection take over are getting out of hand.
In the state of new hampshire most town and cities have banned car shows all together.
There are 4 race tracks in the state of new hampshire that are ok to host anything car related. And when car meet ups happen. You get 50+ cops from near by towns and 40+ state troops.
I live 30 minutes from new Hampshire motor speed in epping new Hampshire.
They had one street take over last year. There were 14 cops on their ass in less then 3 minutes. 31 people arrested, 7 cars auctioned off. And 8 people are doing prison time.
All of them were out of state people.
