I’m a Thai person, living overseas, listening to this valuable info as I’m planning to visit Thailand. It’s been too long and I can’t remember much how the weather was in Thailand. I do remember tho that October to December are the months I enjoyed spending my time the most. Festive vibes and ‘cooler’ climate. Thanks for this video 😊
you are pleasant to listen to. thank you for the weather prospective break down from your point of view. I've viewed others and all i hear is oh man hot day today, never a weather break down as you did. Thank you for the video.

I was just going to play it by ear but now knowing that the month of November is popular I will have to plan for that month. 😸😸
What an incredibly helpful video, filled with useful tips! Thank you for taking the time to compile, film, and post this. It sounds like October 15th to January 15th are the months to be in Thailand, since foreigners can only visit for 60-90 days.
Thailand has multiple monsoon cycles that affect different regions of the country at different times of the year. This is why I say Thailand is great to visit any month of the year.
Another excellent video for both the choice of topic and the relevant content. You've been really good in recent videos in choosing topics that describe what Thailand is like but are for those who haven't been here but not covered by other RUclipsrs. As usual, JEff has a few praises and nits to pick. On the plus side, your pronunciation of Thai words is really improving. Too many western Tubers pronounce Thai words using English pronunciations of Thai words based on how they are written using the Roman alphabet rather than listening to how Thai people pronounce those words. My one nit for this video is describing Songkran solely as the water festival. True, these days Songkran is the worlds biggest water fight, but it is also the traditional Thai new year when extended families get together and the younger generations honor their parents, grandparents, and ancestors with gifts and the washing of feet (making merit and the washing away of bad luck.)
Thanks for this video, very detailed (plus, your voice is extremely soothing!). Could the last two weeks of May be a good time to visit Thailand? I would like to arrive in Bangkok on 14 May, go to Pukhet on the 16th, Chiang Mai on the 19th and then leave Thailand from Bangkok on the 23rd. Is this too many stops? Could the weather be on my side? (I could also decide the itinerary there, depending on the weather).
The weather should be fine for you so no problem there. That is a lot of stops. You will enjoy them, but I’m sure the whole trip will go by really fast that way.

Hope a lot i enjoy my stay in koh samui in August/ September. I heard that koh samui there is Peak season🤔 and no rain season...all weather info in the internet is a bit confusing
Great info! I am planning to visit Thailand for my honeymoon. Thinking of coming the second or third week of October for two weeks. Good idea? Can you recommend places in Thailand that are likely to have more sun and less rainy weather for swimming and snorkeling at that time.
I am thinking of resigning and having a month or maybe more in half in bangkok and half in koh phangan. But it seems like I can do that in april or may. I am not sure if I can survive in heat but really need to be there. Am I crazy to come there in april?

I have been spending many years in Thailand in Udon at march month, and I have never had any problems whatsoever with that smokey season people go on about... My native country probably has one of the cleanest air quality in the world, and I do not feel any way affected by that smoke season, so I say that you gotta experience it first to see if it in any way affects one.. I have also spent time in southern Thailand on Samui in March and I prefer the dry humid climate up north any day over that horrible damp weather on the southern part... But that is my personal preferance
