- India and Pakistan face each other at the International Court of Justice for a four-day public hearing on Kulbhushan Jadhav in The Hague, Netherland on February 18, 2019. India's former Naval Officer Jadhav was sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court on charges of espionage.
The man who charges 25-30 lakhs per hearing charged just rupee 1 for this case. This shows how much Mr Salve loves India. A true inspiration.

@@enlightenmenttruth it's not a lawyers job to decide whether his client is guilty or innocent we are ought to perform our duties, there are courts in the administration of a country for it. A Doctor treating a Terrorist or a person who has committed a heinous crime is also almost of the same nature.

I am from pakistan, and i believe Pakistani media is reporting it wrong, India’s Case is pretty strong, its actually really hard to win a death sentence in any court, i would like someone qualified enough to reply to my comment so i can be more clear about the Case. Please all jai hind or pakistan zindabad guys stay away.
MultiAhmed11 yea i know he is involved in terror attacks in pakistan, but the thing is in ICJ the points India raised are pretty solid, like trial in pak was done by Military courts and international courts don’t except military courts decisions. Pakistan has very good point of Fake identity with real passport issued by indian government, but thats not enough to maintain a death sentence in ICJ. Im not aware of any concrete evidence provided by pakistan of his involvement in terrorism, and i would like to know if we have, i think thats the only way we can win this case.
MultiAhmed11 and consular access is also a pretty good point specially when they base it on military courts. Something ICJ doesn’t accept. Now i dont know if there was any trial done in pakistan by Civil Courts or not, but if its only done by military courts then its gonna be really hard to maintain death sentence. I know his involvement in balochistan & stuff, but we’re talking about proving it in court, that a total different thing. As far as i know, india’s case is much stronger than at least what our media is saying.
