Piccole Dolomiti: Vajo Grande da Rifugio Cesare Battisti (alpinismo AD)

L'escursione di oggi percorrerre il Vajo Vrande alle Piccole Dolomiti
Siamo in localita Gazza (recoaro Terme) e partiamo dal Rif. Battisti (q. 1265 m), piu' esattamente 1.8 km prima per strada chiusa causa ghiaccio.
Dal rifugio raggiungiamo rapidamente l'imbocco del Vajo dell'Acqua, di cui iniziamo la salita.
Presenza di blocchetti di neve ghiacciata segno di una recente slavina.
Pendenze iniziali 30°, poi intorno ai 40°, subito dopo una strettoia fra rocce.
A 2 terzi del Vajo dell'Acqua imbocchiamo una variante, un canalino con misto roccia sulla destra.
All'uscita del canalino iniziamo il Vajo Grande.
Pendenza oltre i 70°, un salto di roccia a metà del Vajo difficile da superare poiché coperto da neve non portante.
Si sbuca in cresta fra cima dello Zevola e cima Tre Croci.
Poi cresta e sentiero fino a passo Tre Croci, e da li sentiero 110 al Rifugio Cesare Battisti.

Today's excursion is to travel the Vajo Grande in the Piccole Dolomiti
We are in the Gazza area (Recoaro Terme) and we start from the Rif. Battisti (1265 m), more precisely 1.8 km before due to a road closed due to ice.
From the refuge we quickly reach the entrance to the Vajo dell'Acqua, which we begin the climb.
Presence of blocks of frozen snow, a sign of a recent avalanche.
Initial slopes of 30°, then around 40°, immediately after a narrow passage between rocks.
At 2/3 of the Vajo dell'Acqua we take a variant, a small channel with mixed rock on the right.
At the exit of the channel we begin the Vajo Grande.
Slope over 70°, a rock jump halfway up the Vajo that is difficult to overcome because it is covered in non-bearing snow.
We emerge on the crest between the top of Zevola and the top of Tre Croci.
Then crest and path to Passo Tre Croci, and from there path 110 to Rifugio Cesare Battisti.
