I love the new poster! I am hoping that Elizabeth and Nathan go somewhere, but you never know! This coming Sunday at 9 will reveal so much! I’m so excited!
Most fans reacted excited in S10 because we knew Elizabeth breaking up with Lucas meant that the HM execs go rid of JT because of those S9 poor demo numbers 😂 HM wanted to save their show! So, HM and the WCTH co-creators hired LS as showrunner & AM who created Nathan and Lucas to get back to the roots of the show! The story was always about a mountie/teacher relationship. ALL seasons 1-11. Unfortunately after E rejected Nathan out of fear in S8. They only had a friendship relationship in S9&S10. Now though they are in a romantic relationship S11 was the best! ❤😊
Team Nathan was 70% of viewers those who stopped watching were affective to get HM to accept that majority of hearties wanted WCTH to go back to its roots with Elizabeth (the teacher) and Nathan Grant (the mountie) in a romantic relationship. ❤So now all team Nathan are back. I do like Chris as the mysterious Lucas that Alfonso created in S6 that LS & AM brought back at the end of S10 & all of S11 with Lucas mysterious past that he had hidden from E, HV, and especially retired mountie B and Constable Nathan Grant all these years. Yeah good thing E didn't marry L a man who wasn't honest about his past hiding from his past when Bill & Nathan questioned him about it in S6! I do like the character Lucas just not for Elizabeth! I think it will be interesting to watch him as governor. I wonder what information Randall and Rosemary will dig up on Lucas' past.
We already know Lucas' widowed ex-girlfriend, Jeanette is a criminal. It will be interesting to dig more into Lucas' past. I'm thinking Lucas' will get a redemption story like Henry did because of his past at some point.
