Coming from a family of veterans and being one myself, seeing these flyovers always brings a tear to my eyes and full body chills. And I love that the C-17 Globemaster just goes over slowly, giving everyone time to appreciate just how massive a plane it is. My old base had C-17s, KC-135s and C-141s and you could hear them all the time from the base medical center where I worked. That's probably the only thing I miss about my time in the Air Force. But I can always hit up an air show to relive the old times
I was there and the video really doesn’t do it justice. It was much louder and I felt that hard thumping thru my body as they flew over. Amazing ! Would be #1 flyover on my list if not for the flyover at Ronald Reagan’s funeral I attended in Washington DC… I don’t think they’ll ever be a flyover that can top that one.
The Tampa bay one from the intro was the most badass due to the B2, B52 and B1 bombers adding up to 55 for SB55 in Tampa hosting the first home SB in a city known for its bomber base. Always will remember that one
More firepower contained in those three planes, than unleashed in all the wars, in the history of the world, combined. I'm glad there ours. But I hope there never used to there potential. The B-52 alone could wipe out almost any country on the planet.
I was a teenager in the late 60's and lived at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The B52 was the workhorse during that time and on many occasions got to see that bird land and take off. It will make the hair stand up on your neck and arms when that big boy flew toward and over you. It looked like a huge bird of prey. I have seen the stealth bomber and it evokes the same feeling.
@@youngkids9793 I knew they were a group, forgot where they were based out of. Have seen them perform a few times and its always a blast watching them.
My father flew b-17s over Germany in WWII - my Uncle and grandfather both worked for United. With my professional role I Support the Airforce. I live near the Air Force Academy and every home game they do flyovers, and they will never get old!
Pilot, "Sir we have the target in sight, do we have permission to engage", flight commander, "calm down son and pull yourself together, it's only a fly over."
#3 and 5 weren't Super Bowls. 3 was the 2010 Winter Classic (hockey game; you can see the ice rink in the center of the field) and the 49 bird flyover was a regular season game at Arrow Head in October of 2013.
Every one of these flyovers was fantastic! %3 was mind blowing!! I am so proud to be an American! Thank you for posting this wonder compilation...much appreciated!! Someday I may see a flyover for myself...until then, thank goodness for RUclips!
dude there is nothing cooler than a stealth bomber flying over a super bowl final. its USA in a nutshell and I fucking love it. over here in germany we have nothing close to that.
Used to see the C-17's fly all the time from my house in Long Beach, They were built and maintained right there at the Boeing hangars. It was too cool hearing them flying just a few hundred feet directly above my house 3-4 times a week. Very sad they stopped building them.
I’ve never really thought about it too much but the flyover (if there is one) is one of my favorite parts on the games I’ve been too. It’s just a badass feeling going into the game I love it and appreciate the freedom I have to be at that game.
It's so hard to believe anyone could kneel to our national anthem. I have chills watching these flyovers while listening to our anthem. So proud to be an American 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙🇺🇸
We also have Boeing 747 at Rugby Matches played specifically at Ellis Park in South Africa. It's always magical to see. Americans seem to do this at a lot more venues, we just do it at that one venue on big international rugby games, just before the national Anthem. I was there 3 weeks ago and there was a fly over, and the crowd lost it.
Nowadays there are many different views of what patriotism includes. It is liked to wear the badge -patriotism , but it’s requisite behaviour can be , and is more frequently ,thin on the ground.
I watched this.. and all I can think is, what happened to THIS country I served? Where are all those people that say they are patriots yet now, are not standing tall, demanding politicians stop playing games and start doing their jobs and adhering to the US Constitution? Things need to change or flyovers like this won't be anymore.
#3 @ 1:20 is one of the first NHL outdoor hockey games in Boston @ Fenway Park. CORRECTION: ON SECOND LOOK ITS A COLLEGE HOCKEY GAME AY ONE OF THE MICHIGAN TEAMS. I ACCEPT MY SOCK IN THE EYE.
I never got the privilege to serve, but this and other fly overs fills me with pride and makes me happy that GOD made an AMERICAN. THANK YOU VETERANS!!!!!
In Australia we had a Cessna fly over once. Turns out the pilot was lost..... and drunk.
Ha ha ha! That’s the funniest flyover comment yet! Love it! 😂
I was on that plane, we were supposed to fly to Ramree island but somehow got turned around
Hahaha sounds like Australia lol
💀

Yup.
We are so jealous about how good your people manage the entertainment and makes every one so proud of their country.
Agreed!!
Wow, that last one with the sun sparkling off the fuselages.... EPIC!!!!!
Ikr!
The last 1 was a beast, the formation and the sun bouncing off the aircrafts was mesmerizing 🙏🏾✊🏾🇺🇸💯
Flyovers always give me the chills
Same!
Seen enough of flyovers, growing up with those aircraft my whole life. THOSE are not LOW passes, you have not been near a LOW pass.
Yea… although they‘re cool of course I ask myself what is the message behind flying over a football match with a fighter aircraft…
To show out patriotic country!!!
I’m not even American but damn those Chinooks and Blackhawks are so symbolic… amazing 🙌🏼❤️
Amazing!
Ain't nothing like a flyover.
I’ve seen them in person

It’s awesome!
I love the Bucc’s Triple bomber flyover.
Long range bomber, stealth bomber, supersonic bomber.
B-52 stratofortres,Rockwell B-1Lancer,B-2 Spirit stealth
Yup
More firepower contained in those three planes, than unleashed in all the wars, in the history of the world, combined. I'm glad there ours. But I hope there never used to there potential. The B-52 alone could wipe out almost any country on the planet.
Yeah
It’s crazy!
What I would give to see an SR-71 Blackbird fly over. The stealth was badass though
#3 was the Winter Classic hockey game held at Michigan Stadium in 2011. Still impressive to see the B2 Stealth Bomber fly over "The Big House"
Agreed!
Yeah, no hockey at the Super Bowl, haha.
Yeah lol
good ol days buddy

Still is in service and a workhorse!! I see them everyday here at Tinker AFB! Love those BUFF’s
#5, every single one of the planes in that formation were homebuilt aircraft. Awesome job!!
That’s incredible!
@@geminigeorge400 Yeah, they are a group that perform at airshows too. A majority of the plans are from a company called Van's Aircraft.

never lose your spirit america! love ya from across the pond :D

That last one always gives me goosebumps. That's alot of planes
Same! It’s crazy!
If one plane messed up the whole thing would crash.
The c-17 dipping its wing as a salute was the best part
Seeing a b2 fly over definitely takes it for me
AS a Canadian Ive always LOVED the fly overs ....Wish they got a lot LOWER a lot more chills ...
Same!
My favorite is #5. Unforgettable!!!!
Same!!!
The last one makes me remember that scene in Game of Thrones where Cersei says “Power is Power”…
god bless america !!! cheers from 🇨🇦
Thanks for watching!
no worrys
I live in the home of the Chiefs! Was so awesome to witness a 50 ship flyover
Right?
The B2 Spirit is a chilling sight, so amazing.
Really is!
I am French and I love the patriotism of your country
Long live the United States of America
Thank you
If only some of the people in our own country felt the same way.
that moment when you feel patriotic about another country
Lol!
How
@@liladimostheniadou5923 non Americans can love america just as much as actual Americans. - sincerely, a british guy.
Ha ha
I thought, with reason they are so patriots, here in our country the armed forces are disgusting
just a few guys out for a fly, oh look down there, something going on at the stadium, oh well......
Seeing the flag and the flyovers makes me wanna tear up idk why
Same lol
That last flyover was EPIC !!!!
Amazing country
Pilot, "Sir we have the target in sight, do we have permission to engage", flight commander, "calm down son and pull yourself together, it's only a fly over."

That's actually what they are "pretending" - to hit a target at a precise time.
I love the way the peoples go mad as soon as they see an aircraft 👌🏽
Yeah 😂

True but still ya gotta admit that 5 was pretty badass
Oh yeah!
#5 is the Best... Go Chiefs!
Meanwhile, in the UK, flyovers had the Red Arrows chasing Concorde, or The Queen parachuting with James Bond.
Always give me chills🇺🇸
Yup!!
Now we just need the stereotypical (or symbolic if you prefer) bald eagle to do a flyby, lol
LOL it would definitely be a slow flyby. God forbid there's a rodent somewhere in the stadium
Lol
Sooo amazing! God Bless America! and all the people serving this great nation!

Of course! So glad you enjoyed it!
between all aircrafts the US army has, i wasn't expecting to see a C5 Galaxy for a flyover
In the b-2 flyover the audio sound like an apocalype and zombie and alien invasion combine😂
Pure adrenaline and American patriotism.
B2 is awesome 👏

Definitely!
My dream is to go to America one day and watch the Super Ball if God willing🙏♥️
Sounds great!!! Wishing you well!
Although the C130 tanker plane was pretty awesome, and I love the big house, I think the Lady Gaga Super Bowl anthem is the best
