His speechwriter recounted in an interview that he took the line out of the speech in an earlier draft for length, but Obama put it back in; the speechwriter removed the line again in a later revision because it didn't really add to the preceding argument, but Obama restored the line in the final version again. Now we know why lol

I would add. That it's kind of crazy, network news like the 3 letter one I won't name. Their primary person has no education in media or news reporting at all. He worked at a radio station originally and wasn't even a DJ. But my point. They attack the comedians in a manner as though the comedians are a news station. Obviously their not. But they are so effective at delivering what's really happening media gets upset. Guys like Stewart remind them frequently that he and his network specialize in comedy. If something is funny in news. They use it. Create material. Maybe networks should try delivering unbiased. Real, genuine, news and that's all. Those of us who remember. Walter Cronkite was probably the most trusted man in America. His report after returning from Vietnam was a factor in the decision to finally end it. You can watch his report on line. Anyway if I'm not watching different comedians or late night. I check pbs and Reuters for reliable info.💙🇺🇸🇺🇸☮️✌️💙

I loved how the applause between the convention and your crowd were seamless! It was a thing of beauty. The excitement from Biden to Harris is truly amazing. The young, the Republicans, Christians, women are jumping aboard because they are given permission to join the party. Olivia Troye said it best. “Don’t vote for a Democrat,‘vote for democracy!”

This video shows that precisely, as there is no way to know if she has had children by looking at her, but she was standing there seemingly alone and with a sad look on her face.
