Wich in turn helped me push through depression and Anxiety... been working hard the last 3 years on overcoming these things and my life is finally stabilizing at the "top of the world" :) Just gotta keep working.. But the best Advice i can give anyone who struggles is to get help... tell someone you wanna change your life... and if they are good people they will help you change it. and I never believed "it will get better" because it wont unless you are willing to put in the effort. :)
