I own this pan and the reason it is non-stick is because it is teflon coated. Surprise, surprise!

I love Mine, not that brand but works pretty darn good...but nothing is perfect,, and a little oil goes a long way...

you probably should have check out how the pan deals with some scratching with forks or knives or how the heat distribution is working in a lite pan like that.
As a fellow cast iron mate i anticipated more ;D .... no seriously the production quality of your channel, with less than 2000 subs, just blows my mind. *thumbs up*

Not sure why people use greasy foods such as cheese or pepperoni to test a non stick pan. No oil or butter but those foods have a high oil content - of course it won’t stick.
