I remember every year watching our QBs just overthrow their targets over and over. Too high or too far behind etc… Cade is money and he is SMART and responsible with the ball. Taulia always choke in big games! I’ve watched him since coming to MD. Was really excited initially, but my enthusiasm was tapered after seeing his pattern of weakness when it comes to big games. He’s still far better than any QB MD has had in a long time. Hopefully, he will get better and mature with a little more time.
Im not a maryland fan or nothing but it wasn't Taulia fault. Maryland commits so many penalties the receivers cant catch for s***. O line cant hold blocks without personal fouls or holding calls. If Taulia was on a different team they would be contenders

I have to say I like the Maize and Blue's chances to break the hex in The Big House this year. The Buckeyes torched Harbaugh's slower D-lines with quick, strong quarterbacks that could extend plays and scramble to move the chains. They don't have a complete package QB like that this year. Sparty's pass rush against OSU was awful. Looked like they were dancing with the O-line. Big Blue's pressure will be the key to victory this year.
Ojabo and Hutch are outstanding but the middle of the line is not as strong. Maybe Ohio State will exploit that. our defensive backs have improved but they will be facing the best WR group in America. Will be interesting what UM offensive game plan is, air it out or try to control the clock with the running game. I think the former is more realustic. This will be fierce test against a powerful and talented opponent, I have no doubt about it. UM does have a chance to win, it will require the best effort of the season to stay in this game and ultimately win. Keys to next week. Mix it up and be creative on offense. Don't mess it up with oddly designed plays with JJ involved. Reminds me of the overuse of Peppers in the wildcat that did not work after the first half dozen times they showed it. It was the same play that everyone saw over and over. They didn't even change any part of it and everyone knew how to stop it, yet they kept rolling out there week after week. Get the ball to your playmakers in space over and over again. Your defense is decent, but don't be too proud of your defense. ohio only gave up 7 to sparty during garbage time. Yours gave up 37 to sparty. So just show up and play and play hard. The key defensively is keeping pressure on the ohio quarterback and good coverage without leaving yourself exposed to big running plays that state hit you with. Your offense has to think outside of what the typical Harbaugh theory has been over the years of run, run, pass, punt. Open it up and keep it up. You have to apply the pressure all game long on both offense and defense and you will win. That's how the big boys do it. Keep your foot on the gas and you will win! Go BLUE!!!!
