Yeosang was a big highlight of this album to me, his part in Dune is legendary to say the least imo. But the whole album is a masterpiece, the guys outdone themselves again
YEAH ateez has a reputation of taking inspirations from movies and shows so yeah they did take inspiration from Dune and Django here and all the wild wild west esque concept as well!!

As many people have already commented, pretty much all of ATEEZ's songs and MV's are connected (in one way or another - even if just lyrically or with "Easter eggs" in the sets/background of the videos) to their fascinating and somewhat complex storyline which began at their debut and continues on to this day. Their lore involves different dimensions/universes, time travel, and yes, a dystopian society at some parts of the storyline (currently). The "eeriness", "darkness" "deep" lyrics and "epic" nature of the songs on this album relate to where they are in the storyline right now (This album is movie soundtrack epic!). Many people say that this album gives them "Muse" vibes (if you're familiar with that band?) and I totally agree and LOVE it!!!!! And the VOCALS from the group are INSANELY beautiful and haunting, as is the instrumentation. Hongjoong and Mingi are my favorite rappers in the entire industry (and two of THE BEST) and the two of them going back to back is BEYOND EPIC in ANY ATEEZ song! But yes, on this album, they take their skill and flow to another level!!!!!!! ATEEZ is a group that is so unique and UBER talented and never compromises their artistic integrity to fit the trends. They are so passionate about what they do and it's always evident with the AMAZING art that they give us!!!! ok so we all already know that ateez's concept is pirates BUT they also have a very extensive storyline that has dimensions.. so to explain briefly they have 2 dimensions in one they are real ateez and in the other there's halateez (black pirates) so black pirates are in strictland, a DYSTOPIAN world where art dance music is prohibited and people have no emotions and are being brainwashed by the government. This comeback and guerrilla was basically showing us STRICTLAND and how Black Pirates rebelled against the government and created a MOVEMENT to bring back people's emotions with art dance music. In Guerrilla they carry out the actual rebellion, that is why we see all those in the MV and hear in the songs. In this comeback, Black pirates are already listed as fugitives for doing all those last cb, and they went into hiding cuz of that and they are carrying out their missions in secret. The story is however, more complex and has a lot plotlines in it. Ateez has been giving us written versions of their lore in the DIARY versions of the albums since Inception era 2020. That is how we're keeping up with the story so far. I think you'll love the lore tho and well ateez includes a lot of elements from their lore in their music, so I think knowing even a little bit of their lore will help you understand their music, lyrics, symbolism, MVs better LOVE YOUR REACTIONS!

I'm new to your channel and subscriber. I binge watched all of your Ateez reactions. It took me six days to figure out which is my 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th favorite song to put it order. Bouncy been the first one, then Dune, Outlaw, Wake Up, This World, and then Django. I love this album, but all of Ateez songs are no skip for me 😊
