Not a big fan of the colors but I admire the work and the creativity that went into it , wow! That in itself should be a big factor in the challenge . As for it being an effective tool I'd say hell yes ! It looks like it's comfortable to hold and I bet it would easily drive a stake in hard ground...good work !

The recording sign could set some boundaries. I would hate a neighbour popping over when ever they liked. You may as well milk it. Haha
