no it’s not , that just give you a mixed number so the remainder is the numerator and the number on top is your whole number and the number your dividing by is the denominator (hope it helps) i’m bad at explaining 😅

An easier way is just to say you have 1 remainder and put the 1 next to the 3 (making it 13) ect. Instead of the confusing subtraction stuff
