Jokes aside this is how physicians and doctors should actually look. If it’s not peak health and aesthetics - then what do they really know?
@@StanislavKozlovskright? It’s amazing how bad the average physician’s health is and we’re supposed to trust them 😮
@@StanislavKozlovsk A few thoughts. I agree that doctors should be very healthy themselves. I don’t think peak aesthetics should be a requirement, because a lot of that is genetic, and we’d just be artificially excluding competent, healthy, but unattractive doctors.
Another thing to note though, is that medical training is brutal, the selection is arbitrarily difficult, just because there’s an oversupply of students who want to get in, and an undersupply of seats to get into. Same again for residency. This inevitably comes with a health toll for many (perhaps not all).
Also, for the most part doctors are trained in treating disease, which isn’t quite the same as optimizing health. Some doctors themselves will say we practice “sick care“ rather than “health care“. As such, I think many have a “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it “mindset, which they apply to their own lives as well. That’s what I see in my father, who is a physician. Perhaps over time we will see health optimization emerge as a separate specialty.
He gave her some high intensity health
Only peptide i've Tried out was BPC-157, last year, for a broken bone. Took me about 5 weeks to heal. That’s my testimonial. Take it for what it’s worth.
is that sooner than what the doctor was predicting?
@@chrishabgood8900bones take 6 to 8 weeks to heal or longer
@@chrishabgood8900 … I have no health insurance and no doctor, so I sort of act on my own. I have an education in medicine roughly equivalent to an NP or a PA. Fractures are generally 6-8 weeks. I “feel” like it helped, but I’m a data set of one.
I used it with a torn hamstring and that, along with very early rehab, I went from unable to move my leg without intense pain to hiking 8 miles a day in the Rockies on a vacation in exactly 4 weeks. I still had some tightness and didn’t do anything stupid but I pushed pretty hard for 4 days in a row and had zero issues. That injury should’ve taken twice that long to get to that level of recovery so I’ll 100% be using it if I have some injury again.
BPC 157 helped the ligsments of my back and inflamed stomach lining so I am upbeat about it too.
if you're physician isn't on top of these issues, they'll look at you like you're crazy. majority of physicians do not want to get involved in these somewhat complicated issues as we age.
your
The number of medical doctors on top of this is extremely small. Most doctors are 20 years behind the current state of the art in medicine.
My MD recommended bpc-157, but he's a much better doctor than most!
It does depend on the type of physician you talk to because part of the problem is interest and there are so many specialties within medicine of which vary is care. New progression is in science is spread by word of mouth or so profound that it’s spread across many online domains. The way things run currently are unfortunate because it takes many years before certain treatments are added to the general curriculum.
@@theantiqueactionfigurethat’s why you go to anti aging clinics not MD’s for stuff like this. Most MD’s are clowns
Thank you for this wonderful, in-depth talk
Been using Sermorelin for about 5 years. 2 months on 2 months off. I inject 5 days per week and take weekends off. I think its fantastic! I get labs every 6 months. I'm 64
I have low T. Can you tell me if Serorelin has increased your testosterone?
Awesome. What positive effects do you observe? No side effects?
Why not use testosterone injections? That will get your T levels up.
What benefits have you got?
How many mcg?
Oooh excited for this one Mike! Thanks
Great episode! We've been getting so many questions from our members about peptides lately
These chats with experts are very insight. Great stuff!
Wow, great interview/ class thank you, and please keep giving us as much info as you can more about this subject, hormones. I loved it.
I listened twice
I’ll listen again
Then give very serious consideration to applying all of this to my health
Thank you both. For this high level interview
Don't do it. It's all BS
@@togonihave you tried peptides?
It’s interesting that low IGF, low thyroid, and low sex hormones are associated with longevity and health. And people are trying to increase those for the sake of longevity at the same time.
Just lasers but never fillers. No alcohol, drugs etc….,great nutrient dense organic foods and cuisines plus daily workouts with proper rest-spa days.😎 Life is good. Age well, live purposefully and fully. Die at an old age peacefully.😎
She's drinking water from a plastic bottle.
😂
DHEA didn't do anything for me
Where can I order Melanotan 2?
I been buying your supplements for several years and learning from your RUclips
I live on Whidbey island let’s visit sometime 🎉
starting off a video with a cute chick talking testosterone is always a good move. keep up the good work.
Just read today on one of the medical provider's site that everybody asks for Sermorelin, but the majority doesn't know it has a risk of thyroid cancer. Do more research.
I just started sermorelin recently…jury is still out, but since CJC/ipamorelin doesn’t seem to be available any longer, I suppose it’s worth a shot. My worry is that with the lag life being SOOO short, if I don’t fall asleep immediately, will it go to waste?
She says that you can take it during the day because for some people sermorelin keeps them awake
Thanks Dr. Mike for this. I do believe peptides, aminos and SARMS are finally making their way into health. I think these are key to living a longer, more fulfilling life.
She is so beautiful 🤩
I never noticed a difference when I took bpc157 when i took it.
What purpose were you using it for?
I’ve prescribed these peptides for patients and have not been impressed. And the longest living people tend to have low growth hormone and IGF1
If there’s anything better please tell us
@@Falkingaround the most convincing anti-aging therapy thus far is rapamycin
@@epigeneticnerd4244 what is the usual starting dose?
I've seen her on here a few times. Friend???
Interesting interview. I wonder why dr.Zinkov doesn’t prescribe peptides herself.
She's a ND SHE can't legally prescribe unless she partners with MD DO Or PA Deoebding on the state
Nicotine is a stimulant and a sympathomimetic. How can you claim that it puts the body into a parasympathetic state when it is a sympathomimetic?
Ask her about face fillers
And her being super smart must be a double trigger event for you.
It's healthy for you. There filled with minerals
Come on man… everyone sees the upper lip that can’t move naturally but you don’t have to make a deal about it, she’s gorgeous and doesn’t need the help but women have brainwashed themselves into thinking everyone needs some fillers somewhere
Yeah c’mon man
I feel sorry for you, you don’t like yourself so you put others down
Ipamorelin I believe is better since it does not raise prolactin or cortisol
Online research is stating Sermorelin is available only by Rx. And why isn't an explanation given as to why you can't use BPC-157 non-orally?
It's been made illegal almost everywhere due to FDA moneygrab... I mean FDA concerns on safety and efficacy and possible clinical trial If I remember correctly ?
If it works, and the FDA (aka big pharma )isn’t getting its slice, the FDA will try to stop it.
The FDA is a captured agency.
You can still find. Mostly from online distributors. Infiniwell offers it.
Include the words research chemical in your search.
Where does the Growth Hormone or Peptides come from? Animal or synthetic?
Amino acids.
All peptides are just different combinations of aminoacids.
Seems like a lot of people with PTSD have a nicotine dependency. It sounds ideal for reducing anxiety and improving mental function. It used to be cheap and readily available.
MK-677 FTW
Can you take peptides without the jab?
Certain peptides are available in tablet form such as BPC 157. There are others, but it doesn't come to my mind.
OK, but where can we buy legit peptides?
I find what she’s saying interesting, but damn that vocal fry.
Annoying as hell and makes her sound less professional.
I can not continue watching there is something out of place from this interview. it seems tense.
The question isnt safety - the fda always blame safety - when the reality is that they couldnt care less if people are killing themselves - the question that drives the fda is - CAN THEY MAKE MONEY HERE. Then the ban products that do t make them money and ok products that do. They just want their cut.
It is all about balance , I read lots books on growth hormone ,im 60 years old looking like 30 years old i don't even feel my age ,I been weight training from 1978 ,I don't take any supplements I cannot afford them ,food is best ,get lots of sleep get free gh .people keep asking me how come yiu look so young 😅 weight training ,and eat lots of protein food till you full up ,people are stupid ,just do natural things ,we all now hormone gose down hill not up ,so off course yiu have to get blood work done by Endocrinologist doctor ,the specialist in hormone replacement therapy .people in America 🇺🇸 are so lucky ,you can get all the supplements and growth hormone lot easier ,than liveing in the city of London .it is like if you mention growth hormone it is like a sceret .growth hormone the big sex drug 💉 not to do with testosterone it is all growth hormone 😳🇬🇧
Why does this clip starts with such hyped up music?
It makes me feel like I’m in a Louisiana swamp hunting some alligators.
She destroyed her own argument for peptides in the first minute, lol. I’ll pass.
Jeez, her name is Elena, not Elan.
We are really good friends, so I can call her Elan.
She looks like she may have had plastic surgery done. Looks different from her other pics online
Humble PED salesman.
If she is so healthy why the botox 😂
Funny, that occurred to me too. Btw Botox is known to be harmful to health, something she should know in her position.
I’m only 11 minutes in and was only listening at first but now that I’m watching I noticed how her eyes are super expressive but her eyebrows/ forehead are completely still. It’s distracting and I thought I was the only one who noticed lol.
@@conservativebarbiedoll589
You’re not alone. I’m cursed with being able to detect foreheads and lips in particular… So distracting and unnatural, but I wish I couldn’t see it lol.
No literally
You can maintain a youthful appearance by doing anti-aging face massages. I'm 54 and I look 35.
The best thing to do is eat a low-fat high carbohydrate diet and smashing sugar immediately after your workout for insane level of recovery, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪
Thanks coach!
It the best advice at all. Do just the opposite of this.
Her botoxed upper lip is very distracting...
I thought I was the only person who noticed that. 😂
Please.

Thanks.-
Oh, cool. You are promoting peptides to balance endogenous hormones but semaglutide (a peptide) to increase an obese persons deficient hormones is just. the. worst. That sucks.
Yes do not take a semeglutide unless you want your metabolism to plummet and inherit digestive issues 😊
Is this your professional RUclips commentator diagnosis?
She has no idea about long term consequences of injecting patients like that 🤮🤮🤮
Me either. What are they?
@@Overwatch03pretty sure they have no clue
I got to be honest a woman talking about my testosterone. It just ain't what I want to listen to. I'm going to leave it right there and cut off the video. She needs to have more of an angle and more of a celebrated background in the field
