I have these. Fit and sound excellent! Awesome bass. Great equalizer to customize sound. Very good noise isolation and cancelling. Can’t even hear myself breathing when running. Call quality is great.Talk through could be improved. Size could be a bit more compact. Was going to get Beats Fit Pro, but snagged these for $130. Very impressive

I have the non pro, and charging sucks. It doesn't charge when I want it too. I remove it and place it again until I see the red light stay for at least 30 seconds to make sure it does charge continously.
A fix for all the time is remove the rubber skin/wing part then refit the ear tip. It raises the width and doesn’t always reach. Poorly designed on their part with that one.
I've used the old model reflect flow for 3 years and love the sound and fit. The only and a huge problem with the old model is the charging. It's never sure if they are charging or not. I have to constantly clean the charging surfaces and place them carefully in the case. Even looking at the case wrong makes them stop charging and trying to pare. Is this charging issue fixed in the new pro model?
Just got a pair myself I hope to have good luck with these but from what it seems the charging capabilities have not been improved there’s no way to tell whether the buds are charging once you drop them into the case. Even the app doesn’t tell you if they are charging which is weird cause you can pair them while the case lid is open but not while closed

Hey, do you know anything about the earbuds not turning ON after manual or automatic sleep&shut down? Apparently, you cannot turn them back ON unless you connect them to charging case. There is a way to shut them down manually by tapping 3 time and HOLDING the button until you ear a sound (must be on your ear for shutdown to work). It will make a sound and shut down and you will not be able to turn them back ON unless you connect them to charging case. This is very annoying and I'm currently in contact with technical support for help, but their answer is "refer to manual". They basically don't even know you can turn them off manualy because when I ask the guy he replied to me that the only way to shut them off is to connect them to charging case, which is false. The 3 tap + hold method is not repertoriate in the manual neither.

Do yours have a metallic smell as well? It seems to be the contact points for charging. But other TWS options have these as well and they don't have a scent like my Reflect Pro's have.

@@WhatGear for sure. My problem is that my gym plays loud salsa music due to it being a Hispanic area and it completely kills my pump so I typically only use buds with quality anc at the gym

The regular JBL reflect flow is on sale on amazon right now for $75. thats half their original price. I've been using the reflect flow for 2 years, and they're great. can't beat the jbl sound, especially for electronic music. the bass pumps, and leaves nothing to be desired. it comes with smaller wings & tips, so it should fit any adult ear. with smaller buds come smaller sounds. Once you hear these things, you won't care if they look big. And at half price, they're easily the best deal out there right now.

I have this earbuds, tht round eartips is crap no matter what size I use none of it fit me good. I put my spinfit cp 360 my God the fit is exceptional and make the sounds like 10x better. Yes eq is excellent and the buds very responsive to it, unlike my soundcore space a40 which is unresponsive to the eq.
Problems I have with the reflect pros: 1. Auto stop/start has to be disabled or it stops playback all the time when moving 2. The app is painfully slow and unresponsive 3. Phone call volume is far too low 4. Noise cancelling effect is barely discernable 5. Audio prompt volume is too low in noisy environments 6. Product support is basically non-existent if you live outside the US Personally would never buy another JBL product

Awful product do not buy. They advertise themself as waterproof but this (in my case) is a blatant lie. I just went for a run in rain and they seems tool just break after roughly 30-40 seconds in said rain. Left earbud started changing modes erratically and the right earbud outright stopped working. They do not fit or sit well in your ears against any pressure. They advertise to surfers, i would NEVER use these while surfing, no way they wouldn’t fall out. I did try the different sizes, if you go for a large size to keep them in then it just hurts your ears after a few minutes of use. The sound quality itself isnt great, i have beats earbuds roughly the same price and they sound much better. Them not having buttons is almost always a problem rather than a advantage outside of anything that isnt just sitting in your house. Wind sets them off, water does, literally anything that just barley brushes on them activates them, just outright worse than buttons. Now the bads out of the way, there is some good. There noise canceling is some of the best ive seen from earbuds the same size. There mic quality is also really clear (hear this in the video). Overall, i wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. There just downright bad, often a chore to use. 2/10 maybe 3/10. RUclips bring back the dislike button! 👎

these buds dont have any good ANC ,if you looking for good ANC take the XM4, but they have a battery problem ….one bud drains faster then the other

They do not. In all honestly, they dont deserve to be called waterproof.

What's the volume level on these like? I had the JBL Aero (slightly cheaper) and found them too be too quiet / not enough volume power.
Volume is very good it goes very quiet and quiet loud.
