    Mark, great to see you back. With 56k+ subscribers there will always be a handful of trolls posting negative comments, learn to ignore them. Your channel is great and your care and attention to your hobby is second to none, please keep posting for the 99.9999% of subscribers who love your videos

    I recommend your channel to so many customers, especially if they say they've been watching what I call a Handtuber (talking voice and hand in shot at all times pointing at stuff) who's got a brand new aquascaping video out blah blah blah.
    In all honestly I probably show people your evo video because of that gsp lawn you have going atleast once a week and one chap bought an evo and is now really into the hobby and another decided to have another go at keeping corals after a long break.
    So please keep doing what you do. More Welsh native marine foraging videos those are great!

    Hi Mark, keep up the good work. I watch a lot of YT videos on fish keeping and I really am a fan of yours. Your manner of treating subjects is really unique. It's not clickbaits, over reacting, always pushing to subscribe, comment like all videos are now. It's trully educationnal, fun, and brilliant. Like I said I watched a lot of channels but yours clearly are the one that teached me the most. You never go the easy way and you treat about difficult breeding and looks like it's easy or at least achievable. Keep the good work, and since I watch and recommend your videos from France, don't forget that you're a international star :)

      I learnt how to breed celestial Pearl danios all thanks to mark also. Being sold for anything from 10 to 16$ (home fish keeper breeders like myself ) which certainly gave me an extra boost of $$ while being unemployed over last year n half to 24$ each in a store. Had 2 batches of 80 to 90 each time…they’re greatly sort after here as not many breed them locally and they’re hard to get elsewhere. Well done to you n your son.

    Hey Mark, glad to see you back. I’ve been in a similar situation of creating content that became successful only to have it ripped off, so I can totally empathize. Keep your head high. I keep one small planted tank with tetras, I don’t do any saltwater stuff, tide pool foraging, or breeding so a lot of your content doesn’t really apply to me. Yet, the reason I keep watching is because I love watching your passion and enthusiasm for the hobby and your utmost respect for the living things you keep. Just make videos as long as it makes YOU happy to do it.

    Long time aquarist, here. Been sub'd since I first watched one of your breeding vids. I guess its just a long way to say. Dont give up because of others. Only if YOU want to.
    That said, maybe I can give you a bit of advice. You mentioned harlequin shrimp as a means of asterina control. Youd need to farm those stars wholesale to keep up with harly's. Bumble bee shrimp, on the other hand, are very small. So, if those stars become a problem in a small system. Thats something to consider.

    • @johnbessemer3777
      @johnbessemer3777 2 года назад

      Just wanted to add. Bristle worms are excellent detrivores. They don't have the mouth parts to destroy coral, or rock. They are often confused with fire worms, which do have the parts. The only time they'll eat something you want, is if its dead, or dying.
