- Mephiles the Dark (闇のメフィレス Yami no Mefiresu?, lit. "Mephiles of Darkness") is one of the primary antagonists in Sonic the Hedgehog (2006). He is the malevolent conscience, mind and will of the sun god Solaris. Mephiles was born during the Solaris Project when the experiments on Solaris split him into Mephiles and Iblis. After his birth, Mephiles was sealed inside the Scepter of Darkness by Shadow the Hedgehog (who traveled back in time using Chaos Control) but was freed ten years later during a skirmish between Shadow, Rouge and Dr. Eggman.

Awesome video Mephiles! And did you know that Sonic is a LOZ fan? And some of the Sonic characters including you are Similar to some of the Zelda characters? Here is how I think it goes Sonic=Link, Light Gaia/Chip=Midna, Dark Gaia=Zant, Elise=Zelda, Zero/Infinite=Skull Kid, and Mephiles=Ganondorf.

7:10 hehe um mephilis hat to break it to yah but that’s eclipse shadows brother. He was form the comics and was made by the the demon that helped make shadow. So in a way you have just seen your brother in a way since you are in shadows form. Oh and eclipse takes more from his father than shadow did which was the demon factor of shadows ancestry to family tree. But also question if you had a true physical form then what did it look like? Also any one try to draw it. Also I wonder if I lid or Solaris will ever join you in the channel
