    Not gonna lie, I couldn't keep track what you were cutting after awhile!! 🤣
    But as far as knife's go, I have been using a utility knife for almost all of my cooking use. I recently got a Santoku knife to cut veggies better and to keep from things sticking together. That hasn't worked out. I guess I will start to shift more to a (big) chef's knife. Thanks!

      Yeah definitely get a proper chefs knife. It will feel weird at first but it's the right move for sure.
