Pizza box plus the shotgun cotton candy gun is really good too. The gun is really good at close range and sealing objectives quickly. Also i’ve been using boxing gloves on him but the mace definitely is a good choice.

The Bounce Caster needed this big of nerf because it has a huge effective range, massive AoE potential, a high rate of fire, and can hit around cover. On top of this, it can destroy doors in two shots, at range, and also cottonize objectives in four shots. It takes roughly 7-10 shots or so to overheat. Taking 5 shots to cocoon is 100000% reasonable; if you have a group of survivors, and two bounce clowns, you can cottonize all of them in roughly several shots - three if every single one of yours and your friends lands. On the other side of things, Tank is just not good at applying any pressure at all. The Tank is good for locking down an objective, not running the map or picking up cocoons. The Brawler is great for chase, but terrible at holding objectives because of his low health pool. If you have efficient, teaming survivors, the Tank is best for keeping them from escaping in groups at specific escapes. He's a *reactive* clown, who doesn't chase, but basically prevents humans from doing anything meaningful. The brawler, tracker, ranger - all of these clowns are active. They focus entirely on being active and contributing. They can't really hold down an area as well as a Tank, but they make up for it by being much more speedy.
As the game goes on, players learn it, and meta evolves, the Tank becomes more effective. This is because player skill increases and objective rushing will eventually sink its teeth into the game. You'll need Tanks to guard objectives closely while also being able to withstand a 2-3 v 1. A brawler can't do that without retreating several times, or retreating entirely due to their lack of sustain. The Athlete meta is good while players are still learning, but if someone picks up the game and actually figures out spawn priority (where to find the best items reliably), players will start to gravitate to DPS focused builds and simply shut down the "active" clowns with group play and damage.
Eventually, most teams will run 1 Tank, and 2 Brawlers, just to maintain peak map control and objective control. Not an assumption, this is just how metas play out. I know it's a silly clown game and people just want to have fun. But give it enough time, and people will optimize the fun out of it; it happens with every game.
I like the Gobstopper Flail for my thicc boi.. The extra reach helps get that extra damage in and potentially a kill.. Alt fire also puts tracking popcorn on human's hit, but it is a precise shot, not a wide swing.. I once fired it through a human's head and got no hit registry.. It made my big clown the big sad.. I was thinking about trying the Jawbreaker Mace the other day.. I already do use the Pizza Box and it is only fitting to use the Pizza Delivery Klowntality with it..
22:35 If the bunker has been used already, you cannot cottonize it.. Also, if humans break the wooden barricade on the Gate (crumbling bridge) exit, you cannot cottonize it either.. Same applies to a fully repaired and ready boat.. Also also, Bouncecaster is very glitchy when it comes to cottonizing things.. Sometimes it works and sometimes it is on lunch break.. Penta Shot functions like a shotgun, but ironically struggles with hit registry at point blank range.. You know, the intended range for a gun with a shotgun spread mechanic.. Using it with Lure is a recipe for disappointment and a bad time.. You can land all 5 pellets on the human and have 0 cottonizing progress.. 3 times in a row at that! I have had humans downed at my feet and Penta Shot won't register any hits..
Most of these issues got fixed in the new update

The game is fun but in the future they need to neft the athletic class not too much and also the energy drink
A change I could see happening is your cooldown gets lower and lower the more generators that you get done as clowns

@@AmirBarnhil I think it just cuts 5 sec off the timer for you to get them but I don’t think it does anything for the cooldown of abilities

Ya the tank isn't as bad as I originally thought. After giving him a fair shake and being patient, hes potentially my favorite class. Especially in this current state of the game where theres no real fear to the klowns and you have humans being confident in fighting klowns. Most humans underestimate the tank and I've taken so many humans out with ease as most the time their weapons break lol. Most games I really feel like I'm MVP on the klown team...not point wise, but just turning engagements into the klown's favor for the team over and over again.
The jawbreaker mace is my go to as well, never considered the pizza box to be fair. Gonna have to try it.

Using the gloves makes you faster and jaw slows people. The pentishot or whatever lets you shoot farther and gets stronger the closer you are
I think 5 shots for the bounce caster is good but they should increase the blast radius or give it more shots before it overheats. For the popcorn bazooka they should revert it back to the original tracking time and give it a little more range.

I think it’s a bug with the bounce caster because you can cottonize other objectives just never that one

The bouncecaster even when nerfed is still chaotic as ever, there’s been times where I get cross-mapped by a random ball and think he’s right beside me….
Too bad the game is trash. A default level 1 blaster being seen in games now more than the last one unlocked at 50? Anybody who plays knows most of the time you're getting human anyway, so it's not a "I'm a --- main" thing, it's a stupid lazy dev thing
I´d rather say its a good thing, as this will make sure you have seen both sides. Else, you get the debates like on Dead by daylight :)

I agree, the "us against them" mentality of the dbd community poisoned the well. Most of the killer mains have tried survivor but the opposite is not as common which is why they don't understand their drive to play as they are. I absolutely despise the self righteousness of many survivor mains and most of the time, I find myself rooting for the villain in the videos...
