Corrections:
Invincibility from E to B 📈
Reason: Invincibility is a life insurance that actually saves your life. A rather boring passive ability that everyone would appreciate regardless of lifestyle. Also, when you work out, your muscles instantly recover, and you become stronger and fitter, giving lots of health benefits. BUT true invincibility would mean living through the heat death of the universe, which would make it F Tier.
This power can be useful in the military IF you also have other abilities such as super strength, but by itself it is almost pointless, as the enemy can destroy your equipment, capture you, and leave you in a hole to rot, or torture/experiment on you.
Shapeshifting from D to S 📈
Reason: True Shapeshifting means being able to shape into any object, being, or fictional being AND have their abilities. E.g. Shapeshifting into Superman makes you invincible.
Breathing Underwater from B to C 📉
Reason: I did not account for water pressure. Even with the ability to withstand the pressure, most of human tech (lights, cameras, etc.) does not work in the deep sea.
Shapeshifting is op because you can become the best model in the world
Invincibility =/= Immortality. You could still die of a disease or heart attack with invincibility
regeneration makes you the best organ door ever.
If you shapeshifter into a box would your brain be inside? Or would your consciousness be taken to a higher plane of existence?
i think healing would be pretty bad because if you show it too much soon everyone will know and everyone will ask for help and if u won’t help people they will say that ur the worst wasting this power for selfish reasons you will have no free time alone and for the end there’s just insane people that will try anything to stop something good by this i mean killing you or the worst that can happen is that some corrupt country kidnaps you then send to literal hell of being in prison not being able to move and being visited by millions of people so they can heal and you will never as you will be forcefully fed and kept at life support

Super regeneration would be good for working out. You could literally workout for hours without any problem and you would also see the results immediately. In my opinion it is a pretty underrated ability.

Passive "getting buff quick powers" will improve your health and self-confidence, with no drawbacks. Sounds a bit boring but should be in B Tier.

phazing is also underrated because you can not be harmed by no man or beast, no machine no lifeform, you can not die unless what you need for life is gone you will die

The ability to speak, read and understand any language is still massively under appreciated. It’s infinitely useful and presents ZERO inconvenience to your everyday life.

Matter and luck manipulation are the two most broken powers aside from straight up reality manipulation. Luck is a bit more complicated but it's borderline reality manipulation in the right hands. Id it's possible you can cause it with luck manipulation. All of probability is in the palm of your hand. You can cause a meteor to end earth, cause aliens to show up, cause a million dollars to appear in your bedroom (the only problem with that is you have to be able to get exact with your powers or someone is coming back for that money and they probably ain't gonna let you have any or live to tell anyone about it's existence either. ) you can cause someone to develop a cure for cancer or cause the entirety of the nuclear missiles on the planet to suddenly blow up or completely disappear. I actually have a character in a book that I want to write who does that. It has limits tho. Because they can't stay shape shifted forever and any damage they take will still effect their true form. Because of this it's an incredibly risky move to avoid major damage like that. Especially if it keeps building and you don't realize how bad it really is

The problem with water breathing is that it still doesn’t account for water pressure, water temperature, and darkness of the deepest parts of the ocean.
While darkness could be resolved with some sort of waterproof flashlight, I still don’t see a way of countering water pressure and temperature without the use of expensive equipment such as a submarine.
lets be honest, everyone assumes water breathing accounts for that stuff because otherwise it would be a lot more boring than it already is.

i think it’s good for a different reasons he already addressed that you can survive a bullet and a car crash but it’s not like you encounter it in a every day life but the good thing is that you can infinitely donate organs or blood

Flight, super speed, super strength and some others can be dangerous if you don't have enhanced durability. For flight and speed, if you go too fast, you will suffer from g force or burn up due to air friction. For super strength, you can exert force, but can you withstand pressure?
I think it can be assumed that you also get enough durabillity to withstand normal use of such powers, but the point you make is good, and very important to remember in monkey's paw type situations.
@@ElfangorQ7N You would also just live in a world of cardboard with super strength. Everything would just be super breakable and a lot of objects would just break if not lifted correctly. Lift up a car? It crumples under it's own weight. Rip a tree up? You now are in the ground because the dirt was path of least resistance.
You really need a minor degree of automatic telekinesis that just reinforced what your touching for super strength.

Depending on the limits, shape-shifting could easily be S-tier. Turn into a falcon for flight, the Hulk for super-strength, the Flash for super-speed, or Superman for all of the above plus all of Superman's many powers. Get tired or even fatally injured? No problem, shape shift into something rested and healthy. The possibilities could be nearly endless.
Depending on how your shape shifting works none of the things you said work except injuries and even then it doesn't work lmao, if your liver gets hit doesn't matter if you shapeshift it somewhere else its still hit and you're still dying, however if your shape shifting is DNA based suddenly you become ultra smart, strong, durable, near eternaly youthfull if not truly, and the most beautifull person in the entire world, suffice to say its a S tier power regardless, and if your shape shifting works for even fictional things then yeah all you said could be done making it SSS+, become Doctor Manhatan and its all done

Regeneration depending on the type should be about as high a disease immunity to some extent as certain forms of regeneration grant immunity to diseases. Deadpool's doesn't and he suffers with cancer, but he won't die from it.

I agree, but being successful as an influencer (especially in the long term) is just as hard, if not harder than a "normal" job.
With a "normal" job at least there is a clear expectation of what you have to do, while as an influencer there are many skills you need to learn to reliably create content people will come back to watch again. (Editing, Scripting, Idea Creation, Filming, Building a Community, etc.)

I've always thought super-speed as the perfect super power for convenience, whenever I want to get somewhere, or back from somewhere, quickly; I am always burdened with walking for a while. It's a small thing but super speed would definitely make anybody's life much more enjoyable.

Super regeneration is actually broken: you can instantly recover from workouts so you can get a body that would take 10 years in a couple months of training 24/7 you also don’t need to sleep or eat since your body repairs itself. Furthermore with this new insane body you can become the worlds best pro fighter never getting knocked out or injured. You could take 100 head blows from prime Mike Tyson and be perfectly fine to attack back and win. This will get you insanely rich.

Truth is: any superpower can be a great one if you know how it works and/or how to use it creatively. Sure, controlling plants sounds lame on the surface, but if you are well versed with the kinds of plants that exist, along with their many uses, you'll have a wonderful tool in your hands at (almost) all times. Imagine cutting through unlikely materials with exceptionally sharp thorns, or acquiring most medicines and poisons. And don't even get me started on trees. Don't underestimate trees.
Also, depending on how far you can take it, Shapeshifting can be either as useless as previously described, or among the most broken abilities along with telekinesis, even if not as much. Useless would be just changing appearances to other people and characters. Broken would be the ability to morph your body into all kinds of shapes and forms (beware the potential bodyhorror).
The thing with shapeshifting is that youd also feel everything unless you shift your pain sensors along with it, which would probably get annoying quite quickly.
You can also heal almost instantly.

I'm sorry to hear that. I can completely understand your perspective in ranking it way higher, and I would say it highly depends on your lifestyle and living situation.
Over the past decades, the number of workplace injuries, car accidents, and most other accidents has been decreasing continuously, which means the likelihood of you having an accident where such a superpower is useful is also decreasing. At the same time, medical treatments and research have been getting more advanced, making diseases and injuries that were fatal only a few decades ago, easily treatable.
I would assume that for most people, invincibility is a nice power to have, but it is completely passive and barely changes your day to day life unless you have bad luck and many accidents in your life, life dangerously, or go out of your way to hurt yourself.
do you not understand how broken some of these things are???? its not just about the power its about how you use it. for example, if you can teleport, yes you can do the right things like transport companies, but you can also teleport colonies built on earth to other planets, or just send anyone you don't like to the sun. If you have phasing though objects, then every weapon every becomes no threat at all. bullets are objects, so they cant hit you. missiles and nuclear blasts produce explosions which you can phase though. you can do what the flash has done and phase your hand onto someone's heart and crush it from the inside. its not about the power, ITS ABOUT HOW YOU USE IT. plant manipulation is broken cause you can just make more. like just remake the amazon rainforest. de-deforest everywhere. make giant farms of vegetables. like i said, it nots the power, its about how you use it. if your creative with a power, you can make it SSS tier

If time is *stopped* then laws of physics are stopped or broken too. (Let's assume you can transfer some momentum to the atoms you touch)
Light doesn't reach your eyes unless you move your eyeballs to make photons enter your eyes and be detected by your photoreceptors (cones and rods).
You cannot breath because the gases can't move to fill up the void that is now in your lungs when you breathe out.
Gravity doesn't work neither, so when you extend yor leg to walk you will just be floatin in the air barely moving a couple micrometers if you "swim" through the air molecules. A couple things:
How is super regeneration/ invincibility last on the list? There’s so much you could do with such an ability. Combat sports would be so easy cause you can shrug off any hits, allowing you to win big money. Also, monsters may not exist but humans do and are always trying to kill each other. You would be immune to this and can also protect others from senseless violence.
Super strength should be higher as it also gives you super speed cause your leg strength is also increased exponentially. You can also win easy money in any sport you go into as you’ll be competing above everyone else.
Immortality should be last on this list. Other people could easily exploit you by harvesting your organs or torturing you forever. Also, at some point your brain will cease functioning as you would’ve acquired too much information.
Healing should be in the S-Tier as it gives you access to so many other abilities. Want super strength? Just train until you get fatigued and then heal your body to become stronger than it was before the training. This will also give you super speed in the process. You could even live for however long you want with the ability by constantly healing your aging cells.
Bro i would become a menace with 70% of this, there is so much potential in most of them.

Invincibility does not mean Immortality, you can not be harmed by conventional means but could die of old age, and could very well be used in Police, Firefighters and military carrier paths.
Also shapeshifting means changing your appearance not actually becoming the thing, person or character, so you don't get Superman's powers just because you look like Superman.
Edit: talking to the dead could also be used to figure out thing either forgotten by time or people that got killed just to keep a secret.
Phasing could also very well be used in Police, Firefighters and military carrier paths because you can just phase through the bullets.
Just because you can fly does not mean you can fly at super speed, other wise it would be Super Speed Flight, just flying could very well be the same speed you can run but now flying.
Most of these are "bad" assuming you care about what other people think.
It's about how useful these could do to the world AND yourself, Not self centered.
In my oppinion, abilities like healing or duplicating are very risky to have. Since you would become really famous really fast(there is really no stopping) you would be used as a machine for the greater good of humanity. Even if you are not put in some isolated tank, where your hands are used for healing or duplicating, you would still be basically trapped in helping others out all your life. If you would refuse to stand all day and duplicate food or heal endless hordes of people you would be called a villain or heartless monster.
You should do a ranking in ancient societies
Super regeneration is goated, I'd just befriend a doctor who would be willing to cut out my organs and sell them for a shared profit.
Water breathing does not mean you can go super far underwater as the pressure would just crush you. Though it would be nice to swim for hours or show off as a party trick, going super far down would not be practical.

I think that super luck would also be an SSS tier. It would mean that life would play out in the best way possible. It's always shown as being boring due to winning everything but being bored isn't optimal so it would be unlucky. I don't see this effecting society much unless that's what the person wants. Also, with super luck you can also phase through walls due to quantum tunneling, which would mean you would be immune to all physical trauma due to luck giving you perfect "reaction speed."

Healing should be E tier, you'd never know peace, every second you're not healing someone is a second someone has died because of you, even when you're healing someone there's someone dying because you chose someone else over them. It's like being the worlds best doctor times a million

I find it interesting how people don't consider "fighting powers" like useful for modern society. I am not any kind of bad person but if i had something that made me invincible and basically a destruction machine as a power, is there really any reason not to rob a bank or something besides your own morals? Let's say you have some kind of forcefield that is indestructible and goes around your entire body. They could threaten you but they wouldn't be able to do shit about a guy storming into a bank without hurting or alarming anyone, just tanking bullets and shit. Immortality sucks because regardless of how long it takes for humans to go extinct they will eventually do so and by then you will be alone for the rest of time, which will be exponentially longer than however long humans were around.
Flying/superspeed suck because of things like friccion and heat which would kill you unless you got special resistances.
Long distance teleportation would instantly kill you because of momentum.
The only power that is actually underrated in the list is weather control since you would have the survival of all species in the planet in the palm of your hand
For toxin and disease resistance, a very niche application does exist that can make the power high-tier. As humans our aging and the negative effects from it are very likely caused by oxygen poisoning. We are very slowly being oxidized which causes our cells to age. Assuming toxin resistance negates that unfortunate side effect of oxygen, the power would prevent aging. Assuming the science is correct and the power would work that way, it should be a higher-tier power
I wish to gas up super speed even more with the implication that time generally moves a lot slower around you. Think how much work you can do in 5 minutes when you're living through it by hours on end wothout tge drawbacks of aging too quickly or any of that nonsense. Think how extremely easy Janitor jobs would be and how funny people would react when the squeaky clean floors won't dirty... Well, at all!
Invincibility/Super Regen: D
Pick your poison. You either can't be hurt (can still feel pain), but can die of old age. Or you can be hurt, but can instant heal from it if the injury isn't fatal, though I think realistically, the regenning would shorten your lifespan from rapidly dividing your cells. I guess both can help you save on medical since you'll never need to go to the hospital, but unless you're in the army or have a lot of ops, this isn't that useful.
Necromancy: D-C
Assuming the bodies come back like zombies, they aren't that durable and are highly diseased. What exactly are you using them for in that case? If you can fully revive them with an intact body, then you've got something. Unfortunately, you're gonna draw some attention for the missing bodies and whatever you might be using them for. Nevermind the immorality of raising the dead to do your bidding that'll definitely get you flak for doing.
Invisibility: C
Creepy and criminal uses aside, you'd make an excellent spy for any company you work for. It's dangerous work, but you'll be raking in that dough.
Shapeshifting: C-S
Same as invisibility, but with more potential to cause chaos, especially depending on what your limits are. Make politicians or celebs say/do some insane stuff that get them in trouble or help them depending on how you feel. Turn into your favorite adult actresses and make personal "content" of them. Turn into your favorite fictional characters and make personal "content" of them. Heck, people brought up trans people and how they could use it to actually turn into the opposite sex. Heck, you could use this to give yourself your ideal body. There's so many possibilities.
Disease Resistance: D-C
Same benefit of "No Medical" as Invincibility/Super Regen, but with the potential drawback of the latter. Other than that, it's inferior to those, yet more practical. Because again, what kind of life are you living where you need to be undamageable or able to regrow body parts in an instant? The simplicity of this honestly makes it better.
Communing w/Dead: C-A
At worst, call up some dead friends and family, maybe try to make peace with them and whatever baggage you had between them. Maybe help others do the same as some kind of business. Could be good therapy. Maybe call up famous philosophers or something and get some kind of enlightenment from them. At best, you become Spirit Medium and summon deceased victims of crimes to give their sides of what happened to them, possibly making it easier to catch criminals. Just pray you don't get DL-6'd.
Phasing: D
Cool I guess. Don't know what exactly you're using it for. It's not useless, but what common scenarios are you getting into where it'd be REALLY useful to just be able to phase through matter? You tryna fall through the Earth's core all the way to China?
Telepathy: C
I'll take the monkey chatter. I ain't getting machines screwed into me. This is much more convenient. Kind eliminates the need for a phone when you can just beam whatever you want to tell them directly into their heads.
Memory Erasure: F-D
I guess erasing a traumatic event could be helpful (provided it isn't stuck in their subconscious, causing them to slowly and painfully remember it), but like you said, people grow from their life experiences. Without the pain and trauma, we can't grow and change for the better.
Super Strength: S
Easy S. It's so simple and so useable throughout everyday life. I really don't need to explain this.
Cold/Heat Resistance: B
You don't need to waste money of clothing built for cold/hot weather, don't need to waste money on AC/Radiators if you live alone, you can mow your lawn in spring and summer without sweating profusely, you could explore certain areas of the world better if you wanted to, etc. Just a convenient thing to have.
Night/Xray Vision: D-C
I guess the former can be good if you do work outside at night, and I guess the latter could be useful as a doctor or some kinda treasure hunter (or a perv), but otherwise not that useful.
Plant Control: B-A
Ignoring the "things" you could do with vines and the obvious crop harvesting, this basically gives you ultimate potential as a biochemist, making medicines and poisons and anything plant-based you can think of.
Mind Control: F-C
VERY useful, but highly morally questionable. If it's already illegal to use torture methods to force confessions, what makes you think Mind Control would be fine? The Phantom Thieves in Persona 5 had to deal with these accusations, and they technically don't mind control people. It's not really something you can use without its use causing problems. At best, you can immobilize a criminal so they can be arrested, but anything beyond that is borderline supervillain behavior.
Enhanced Reflexes/Marksmanship: D
What are you doing in your day-to-day life that'd warrant wanting enhanced reflexes and marksmanship? Not even Ultra Instinct "I don't need to think to do things". I'm talking just improved reaction timing and aiming?
Weather Control: C-A
You're basically a god at that point. Shame that such power would come with people demanding you use it for them and blaming you for weather related disasters you didn't cause or weren't able to stop. Nevermind the military probably being after you for such power, which, even if you can fight them off with your weather powers, is still a drag. Maybe these issues aren't present if you had Weather Report type powers when you could do things on a local level. Like make a rain cloud in your house over some plants. Or make your own electricity with storm clouds. Or sunbathe no matter the weather by shining sunlight directly over yourself. But being forced to restrict yourself to such minimal use of your abilities sucks too.
Animal Communication: F-D
Animals don't have Human Level Intelligence, so even if you could talk to them, you aren't going to be having the most enlightening conversations. At best, you can properly communicate with a pet... which doesn't matter if you don't have pets. Nevermind how big a nuisance the birds in the morning or the crickets at night become.
Superspeed: D-A
Depends on how it works. If your reflexes are always set to superspeed, then time runs REALLY slow for you. If you don't get the reflexes to match the speed, then you can't react to things at high speed at risk severe injury. If this is PERFECTLY optimized so that you aren't living your life in slow-mo, but can utilize your speed properly, then you've practically eliminated the need for vehicles and can get places extremely fast, allowing you to get more sleep since you don't need to pre-prep things.
Underwater Breathing: D-C
Nab yourself a Guinness World Record. Now what? What are you using this for outside of being a lifeguard that doesn't have to worry about drowning themselves to save other people drowning?
Super Senses: F-D
Don't even need to go into this. Just look at Daredevil and see how well being able to hear things louder than normal is.
Flight: C-A
Maybe not the better version of Superspeed, but all your Flight is going to be from Point A to B. No running around stuff, and less effort involved. You maybe not being going Flash speeds, but you'll certainly be going faster than any normal human walking.
Teleportation: B-S
Literally flight but better. Flight and Speed don't give you the power to carry a crapton of things with you effortlessly. Teleportation does.
Healing: F-C
Congrats, you're a super doctor and god figure, who people will turn on when/if you fail them ONCE. And if you're just using this on yourself, then it's just worse Super Regen.

Cloning products crashes the job market since there's no point in production jobs. Cloning food and products you own is cool, but using this on a grand scale is a problem waiting to happen.

High Intelligence doesn't matter if you don't have the will to use it for anything useful. Being a 300IQ Egghead doesn't suddenly make you a space colonizer in a few minutes. And I doubt the average person wants the responsibility of running the world.
Time Travel: F-A
If you didn't have to worry about creating parallel universes or changing the present, this would be great. Actually being able to change time runs the easy risk of ruining the world. This is why Dead Communion is better than actual Necromancy.
Telekinesis: S
EVEN if you were only limited to moving this that you'd actually be able to move physically, this still means you can move everything objects with your mind. Heck, who's saying you can double up and lift something with both your mind and body? If you can lift more than your weight, you can effectively fly. If your telekinesis can be increased just like your physical strength, then you can start moving heavier things. You're already kind of a god with a restricted telekinesis. Now imagine it without these restrictions? EZ S tier.
I think there's gravity manipulation or density manipulation, which are incredibly broken too, and in case of plant growing, that can make you a millionaire in short time, someone can fill hectares of some cash crop, grow them, harvest, rinse and repeat untill you are rich, and even erradicate hunger in your country (perhapps even the world)
I agree with most takes, but the super regen could be good for selling organs/blood/plasma, it might not get you rich but if you got rid of an organ a week it should provide pretty stable income
Super regen makes you eternaly young, ultra hard to do surgery on a guy that the moment you put a scalpel on him and remove it its immediately healed plus if your body has really no threat no need for pain you suddenly become about 3x stronger since your body can handle the stresses and your muscles would grow A lot very fast if you train

Need to heal from damage? Just shapeshift until the damage has been replaced.
Need to get from A to B? You can get wings
Need to analyse a complicated situation? increase the density of neurons in your brain and expand the size of it for the duration of the problem.
Getting old and frail? Repair your telomeres and boom you're in your physical & mental prime eternally.
Stuck in the vacuum of space? Turn yourself into a closed system and create solar panels/ sails to survive until you land on a celestial body/ earth.
You'd essentially be able to become/ create anything since shapeshifting breaks the laws of thermodynamics, as long as you understand the makeup of what you're creating there's no reason why you couldn't just create a nonliving item from a finger and detach it like a lizard tail

About the first one , super regeneration also means you can live forever. The reason we die of old age is because our cells can’t keep up long enough but with super regeneration that’s not an issue. for me personally, I'd split the superpowers into 3 catagories. Doesn't break laws of reality, sorta breaks laws of reality (this one is gray zone for powers that depend on how they are implemented; vague powers), and breaks laws of reality (most powers are in there). Anything that adds matter, adds energy (kinetic, potential, chemical, etc) all make the universe and its functions go from finite to infinite where you can extract literally infinite amounts of energy, powering civilizations for eons to come with something even as simple as being able to turn a rock into gold.

The ability to create clones and once they disappear you gain their knowledge would be SSS tier or even higher, you could send any number of clones to learn or work, setting yourself up for the rest of your life. you could stop manual labour, you can even become the greatest scientist to ever life. Just imagine the snowballing, you create 1000 clones to learn as much as they can in a month, and once they disappear, you gain years upon years of knowledge, putting yourself in a league of your own. Then just create another 1000 and do the same and keep repeating. You could an army of infinite scientists smarter than any human to ever live, making leaps and bounds in technology, biology, physics, math and much more. there is an infinite amount of things you could do with your clones to progres humanity as a whole.
i would argue that teleportation isn't better than flight or superspeed. at base, all of them are used for transportation, at least of yourself. teleportation simply makes you be where you want to be, but superspeed at flight do much more than that. teleportation might be quicker, but superspeed and flight are wildly more versatile.
Something people forget is how easy it is to destroy reality with time travel, just think about the amount of paradoxes related to it
I’d say breathing underwater is one of the more useless powers. Sure it would be super fun but without pressure and cold resistance and some form of night vision its impossible to go deeper than like 10 meters for the average person. If you practice you might be able to go a 100 meters deep but thats about the limit.
illness resistance is, like most things on this list way too old, never getting sick and being healthy is more than anyone can ever hope as of right now
invincibility should definitely be S tier. getting into combat sports or sports in general with regeneration of invincibility would make you very nearly unbeatable in MMA or boxing, where you'd make a lot of money. You could push a high pace and not worry about any consequences because you'll never be knocked out

even without "True shapeshifting" you'd still be able to change your shape at basically any point in time so if you ever got shot or broke your leg you could just shapeshift and remove said injuries, and you could look any way you wanted effortlessly, even if you couldn't do anything to your biology beyond changing your gender, like you couldn't change your mass, you only had whatever biomass was on you to mold into whatever human form you wanted it would still be at least A tier
Also you need to specify the criteria of the list, for another you also have to specify how powerful these powers are, for example mind control, if you can only control one person at a time, C tier if you became a detective you'd be able to catch criminals, if you have infinite control over others minds you could create a hivemind of hyper intelligent humans with all the knowledge in the world and have them instruct you on how to make the perfect utopian society, and you could mind control yourself into being the best person of all time (at least according to your morals)
