Great stuff. The ghosts in this dungeon take damage to heal spells, so when fighting them i have my backline spamming heal mass scrolls. Makes short work of them.

Yep, it is without a doubt the most efficient way of dealing with them. Deals immense damage to them while also curing your party of all their nasty stuff, especially the cloud effects they cast which drain stats and blind. If the player has the money for it, dumping a large amount of mass heal scrolls is definitely a very good recommendation for this area.

Speaking of Elven Curve blades, Bane of Living (a risky proposition for last azlanti admittedly) is easily the best offensive weapon in the game. I think the bane effect actually applies even to undead and constructs, contrary to its description, so its 1d10 + 7 + 2d6 with 18-20 crit range and an extra 65 damage on crit or 130 on a failed save (with a fairly low DC admittedly). Its also +7 to hit, which is certainly handy. Its quite thematic for Jaethal, but as she does not have martial weapon proficiency, she will have to take this feat to use it in spite of being an elf.

I have heard a lot of good about Elven Curved Blades but never actually used them myself. Might just be that I don't particularly like elves and as such I'm turned off by the weapon just by the name :p
If it were a Dwarven *something* axe/hammer, there we'd have a dilemma for my builds!

In WotR I always take mythic ability Enduring and Greater Enduring spells as soon as possible on my wizards and clerics, prioritizing these above abundant casting.
Buff everyone only once every rest for 24h long buffs. It may be not optimal but it is a HUGE quality of life improvement. With CL25 + extend spells, also 1round/lvl spells lasts for 24hours

For spontaneous casters, it actually generally is optimal. Firstly, its 2 rather than 3 mythic abilities. Secondly, other than something like a pure elemental blaster, you will generally use several spell slots at each level on buffs. You can buff, rest and still have you buffs active with full spell slots. For an Angel or Lich, this usually nets more than 4 spell slots per level for most consequential levels.
For prepared casters, you can do this, but you have to rearrange your spellbook to benefit from it, so its highly inconvenient and if you are hit by a dispel, it really sucks.
It also has the benefit of working on your mythic spell book, whereas abundant casting doesn't.
For a spellcasters that have little to no capability with weapons, you will slot nearly all your slots as offensive spells (other than a lot of low level slots on haste), so buff durations matter a lot less and the extra 4 spells per level has a lot of value.

Enduring mythic feats are the ultimate quality of life feat :D I can't say I pick them very often as I tend to favour other things, but when I do... oh god it feels so nice.
Normally I go for abundant casting instead as I like to have the flexibility of just having more and more varied spells, but it might even be the case that enduring could outperform that. But I would say that for a buff oriented caster, I would likely do abundant casting and then enduring.
It has actually been a *very* long time since I've played with Enduring spells, kinda looking forward to having it again :D

I think the Leopard also has pounce, but 2 fewer attacks per round. Smilodon is definitely the best wildshape for a druid.
Not applicable to kingmaker, but if you use mercs or your main character is a skald in Wrath of the Righteous, the best animal companions are dogs for the trip, but animal companions with only a single natural attack more generally. To stop these scaling terribly, the normal rules for natural attacks are waived and they get iterative attacks with their one natural attack at the 6 and 11 BAB thresholds. With beast totem, you get the claw attack and it full benefits from this effect, so you will get up to 3 bite and 3 claw attacks, for example, and the greater beast totem gives you the pounce ability. This makes them far superior to companions with multiple natural attacks.
I suppose you could argue that Smilodon with 5 full BAB attacks is still competitive with 2 full BAB, 2 BAB-5 and 2 BAB-10, but then you add in trip on 3 attacks, disabling the enemy, triggering AoOs and applying a -8 AC penalty with the riding dog for melee attacks, and its not even close.

Oh, fear not, the dog is my go to animal companion in WotR :p You will likely see it in the playthrough. Trip is *invaluable* in my opinion. Especially now with that new addition for the riding dog... it's even better!
I consider trip to be one of the best abilities you can have available in your toolbox for a party with several melee characters, which in WotR with all the incentives to get animal companions is not a hard thing to have. Disabling an opponent, applying AC penalty, AoO for everyone when the enemy gets back up... Yes please!

This book puzzle is actually a non-typical Owlcat puzzle in that you can resolve it on your own in fairly short order just by collecting the relevant information. Compare that with the secret area in Midnight Fane or the Enigma in Wrath of the Righteous. Or that stupid valve puzzle in Jae's quest in Rogue Trader. All right, that was wasn't actually very hard, just very annoying because of having a stealth sequence in a game with no stealth mechanic. The majority of Owlcat's puzzles are either annoying or a giant headache, so this one stands out.

Indeed, I suppose some credit can go for this one. It doesn't stand out to me as any spectacular puzzle, but it is at least a bit more interesting and less annoying that the other ones. Oh I can't wait to get to the slab puzzles in WotR XD But worry not, I have a secret weapon against them!

With 50/50, three fails in a row is 1 in 8. Its moderately unlucky, but its far from a never event.
