It makes me really happy that they enjoyed it. I've noticed on a lot of "Koreans try this American type-food for the first time" videos, they end up hating or disliking it. so I'm glad they were open to it, and genuinely enjoyed.

Like the other comment said, maybe it's because they are open t foreigners? Only one of them is actually korean (Jaeinn), so their friend group is fairly diverse.

A potato is a vegetable.
sometimes there are mushrooms, onions , peppers,spinach,tomatos, or jalepenos added to the eggs or potatoes if you want a hash with potatoes or cooked with eggs veggie omelet or in burrito form, sometimes the waffles pancakes are stuffed with fruit or accompanied by fruit ,sometimes the pancakes made with sweet potatoes rare occasion. or muffin form, sometimes . not all diners carry those options.

Btw my family are from Korea and in a Korean breakfast, you usually have soup, rice, and a lot of side dishes and vegetables. One time my grandma came from Korea, saw the breakfast and was so amazed. Her reaction was "Where are all the vegetables? I bet you'll gain lots of weight from this. Eat up"
