When Jesus first started to preach in his ministry we see that Christ preached people must repent and believe the gospel (Mark 1:15). According to Steve Anderson, Jesus is a heretic and added works to salvation. Not sure if it is still up but at one time he created a website called, "The repentance black list" where he listed preachers who taught repentance was needed for salvation-and then stay away from them because they are adding works to the gospel. He takes a very heretical view that is basically "Free Grace" view.

    • @clairebordeaux
      @clairebordeaux 8 месяцев назад

      @@davidemme2344
Free grace isn’t heretical; it’s biblical!
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
      -John 3:16-18
God said so. He GAVE His Son, and said if we believe on Him (Jesus Christ) we would not perish.
That’s the reason He sent Jesus: to SAVE us!
So if you believe/trust in Jesus, you are NOT CONDEMNED.
In a nutshell: trust in Jesus and you have everlasting life. Don’t trust Him, then you go to Hell to pay for your sins yourself.
Those are the two types of people and we all are in one category or the other.
I believe on Jesus because I am a sinner and I cannot do anything to erase my sins, and God says all our works are as filthy rags, so I certainly don’t want to offer Almighty God some filthy rags.
That’s why I NEED a Saviour, and I FULLY trust in Christ’s finished work.
And the moment I did, God presented me with the gift of salvation, and I eagerly accepted it.
As soon as I did, I was changed. Born again. Saved forever.

Satin is a deceiver and his attack on the word of God through Bible versions is what works deceiving the smartest people on the planet. Why the attack on Ruckman he was 100% for the King James Bible and proved a lot of false teachings attacking the KJV . I actually meant Ruckman and talked to him and he’s different talking to him one on one. What people didn’t like about him was his speech. He was rough but a truth teller. He did call out Bible schools and seminaries teaching false doctrine. Jesus did the same thing in his day and he wasn’t always nice about it. Lately the attacks on Ruckman has accelerated. Guys he dead, why didn’t you talk to him when he was alive. That really unchristian of you. Also calling people ruckmanites, that’s not very nice and Ruckman was aware of this and talked about it many times. His response was go jump in the lake he could care less. Romans 9:6 But it is not that the word of God has taken no effect. For they are not all Israel who are of Israel,
John 17:17 Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.
John 14:24 He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and "the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s" who sent Me.
John 12:47-48 And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him-the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day.
Revelation 19:10-15 And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
Joel 2:11 The Lord gives voice before His army, For His camp is very great; For strong is the One who executes His word. For the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; Who can endure it?
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 John 6 This is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the commandment, that as you have heard from the beginning, you should walk in it.
1 John 2:5 But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him.
1 John 4:7-8 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
John 3:34 For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God does not give the Spirit by measure.
Acts 4:31 And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.
Sun - John 8:31 Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.
John 13:34-35 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”
Moon - Prophet Muhammad s.a.w said, “you will not go to heaven unless if you believe, and you would not believe unless if you love each other, shall i told you what if you do you will love each other? disclose salaam among you
Stars - Leviticus 19:34 The stranger who dwells among you shall be to you as one born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.
Zechariah 7:12 Yes, they made their hearts like flint, refusing to hear the law and the words which the Lord of hosts had sent by His Spirit through the former prophets. Thus great wrath came from the Lord of hosts.

Once saved always saved is an interesting topic. The parable of the sower is clearly talking about some people who joyfully received the word of God but eventually walked away from the straight and narrow pathway. And even though they were born again nevertheless it wasn’t sufficient on its own to ensure they had eternal life. Shall we say that someone who becomes born again but goes back into the world and becomes burdened down with sin is saved? Can they live a sinful life that progressively gets worse and worse and still be saved. God forbid. Shall we say that those who are born again but do no good works, such as evangelising, witnessing are saved? Jesus did good works? Why then do we do good works? Are we doing good works to be saved? Or are we doing good works because of love for others?

Let’s be real. Ok what does it mean to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ? Does it mean we don’t have to deny ourselves and carry our cross? What is denying ourselves? It’s denying ourselves from sinning. Does it mean that we don’t have to strive to enter in at the straight gate? What is strive? Strive means try real hard doesn’t it. What striving do we have to do? We have to strive to quit sinning. We therefore have to keep the commandments. Jesus says if you love me keep my commandments. Who gave the commandments to Moses? God gave him the commandments. Who is God? Jesus is God who became a man. So who gave the commandments to Moses. It was God. It was Jesus, God who became a man. So when Jesus says keep my commandments He is talking about the 10 commandments isn’t He. Jesus has told us what to do. There is a plethora of things He has told us to do. And if we do them or are trying hard to do them, then yes we do believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. But if we don’t do them or are not trying hard to do them, then actually we don’t believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. Belief in Jesus is being fully obedient to Him isn’t it.

Many of our sinful desires have left us. This happened not in our own strength but God did this great work for us making us new creatures. What once was difficult is now easy, such as keeping the commandments. They are not grievous to us. In gratitude to God we enter into a deeper work of learning to completely abstain from sinning. This requires the effort of self denial. Or as Jesus says “ deny thyself “. Also Jesus says to strive to enter in. And we know what strive means. It means to try real hard. But what shall we say of those who will not deny themselves and strive to enter in? Shall we say that they are indeed saved though they will not forsake their sins. Those who say the attainment of the holy life, the life of righteousness, is impossible, are the ones on dangerous ground who do not want to pay the price. Many are called- few are chosen. But those who are striving to become holy people, albeit they are yet to fully succeed, have nothing to fear for they are pleasing God.

So if modern scholars would use the same manuscripts that were used to translate into what is the KJV Bible, would that new Bible be just as good as the KJV? Or did God Almighty have his hand upon the whole process that led to the translation that I and many others considered to be the word of God in English, without error, the KJV? And if God was not involved in that translation process how then can we have a book in English without error?
So it can only be one of several things, either the king James version translation in English is just as good as the originals, or it is not as good as the originals, or it is better. If it is not as good as the originals that means it is not the word of God! If it is better then the originals that means the originals were not perfect. So the only thing that can be true is that the king James Bible is the perfect infallible word of God in English. Not less than the originals, not better than the originals, but the very word of God for us in English.

For instance, Scofield, even though he used the King James Bible in the end, his commentary sought to change the word of God. So, I believe God saw his heart's intention anyway. This is not to say that all commentaries are proof of an unsaved person, but a guy like John MacArthur also made his own bible he has bought himself a ticket to the Lake of Fire. Yet one could say he was already reprobate before he did that.

But I like best the Hebrew Bible for Jews & Christians. The Bible is not a westerner book but a middle Eastern one and I like to get close to the culture as it explains a lot better than any other version. To understand the Bible you need to get the use & customs at the time it was written, then the meaning flows. Jewish people are best fitted to explain it. I go to a Jewish professor to confirm or seek understanding as one can get total out of the world nonsense explanation if you put Scriptures in a US context for example. Without any notion of Jewish Culture:, you will simply miss the accuracy of the text, its context, the tradition of the time and the likelihood of reaching the wrong conclusion is very high. Not to mention the regular projection of men's mentality or outlook on women which is totally revolting Ie misreading through negligence or assumptions about Bathsheba which would make you cry out for slander. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. 20 And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.

Pastor Anderson was a World War I or II soldier who ended up in a hospital in a past life. He suffered multiple traumas, especially to the head, sometimes making him argumentative, ironically funny, and yet he always remained fiercely loyal to his country. He watched women work tirelessly as nurses. This lifetime he came back to say women shouldn’t work, a lost relic of the life he once led, where he could not believe how much women toiled. When he says women shouldn’t work, that’s his past life talking through whatever garbled message he could create.
